I love this Chilli’s every time i go i have a decent experience however, the past couple of times i’ve ordered the food to go i’ve been very disappointed. I’m normally not one to leave complaints but i was extremely disappointed when i got all the way to home to find my order of mozzarella sticks was missing. I used to work to go at another restaurant and understand sometimes things get hectic and people make mistakes which is understandable but this isn’t the first time i’ve had this kind of experience with their take out.

I went to eat with the my family, it was a great time. The managers came and checked on our table making sure everything was correct and we were having a good time. Great service!
Very polite staff and management. Service is swift and efficient. Great place to catch up with friends and have drinks or grab dinner! 10/10 would recommend this location.

I visited the Chili’s in Holmdel. I ordered a meal that included chicken and steak. Unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked and the steak was extremely rubbery and difficult to chew. The food was so poorly prepared that I was unable to eat it, and shortly after attempting to do so, I became physically ill.
This experience was not only unpleasant — it posed a serious health risk. Undercooked chicken is a known source of foodborne illness, and I am now dealing with the consequences of consuming it.
I am extremely disappointed and expect better standards from a national brand like Chili’s.
