Have been craving Chili's, and it was dinnertime. Had to order the triple appetizer, nachos, loaded mac & cheese, plus dinner. Excellent service, excellent food, then purchased gift cards for Christmas gifts. Always an excellent experience.

Had dinner with a group from work. Tables weren't ready until about 20 min after our reservation time. Fajitas and nachos were fair. Service was good given the size of our group. Had a good time catching up with folks that I hadn't talked to in a while.

My two friends and I decided to go see the new Wicked movie this weekend. Afterwards, we went to Chili's. I want to say a quick shout out to all the employees at Chili's (and more specifically our servers Jason and Chris who were very friendly and welcoming) that took part in making a Wicked weekend even more special to the public. I visited the location in Holmdel and it was TERRIBLE! I ordered the perfect pasta, cajun chicken and pasta. The pasta was not done. I sent and it back came back the same. I just took it home because the customer service was just as bad as the meal. My husband had a burger and bread was stale, falling apart! Time and Money wasted!!!!!! I visited yesterday, Friday, 11/7/25

Server was pleasant but order came out incorrectly, and had to ask for ketchup, salt & Pepper and felt like stuff was just slide on the table haphazardly and the payment was handled my a machine that we had to process & would not allow for less than and 18% tip on our card without a paper receipt. Since we had to do something much to complete our meal a lower tip was warranted. We will mot go back especially after the $10 burger was mo where to be found and one burger did not have any cheese on it

Christian is AMAZING .. THE BEST CHILIS in NJ by far!!!!!!!!!! I had gotten 16 piece wings ordered to a hospital and one was a bit overcooked. Next day I told the staff in person with proof ( all so adorable and well presentable ) they were so friendly and understanding. They let there manager, Christian, know about. They took it very serious and made sure I got fresh new wings instead of replacing only one. He also asked if there was anything else they could offer me. That level of customer service is UNMATCHED. Truly a great atmosphere every time and it’s a good feeling knowing people like Christian take great pride in what he does. I hope people like become one of the most successful people to ever make it out of New Jersey
I wish I can give negative stars. I placed an online order and got a text message it was ready. Went inside and waited 40 minutes. While waiting atleast 6 doordash people came in and got there order. The guy upfront took payment for orders atleast 7... meanwhile I already paid online and they got there orders.. my food came out cold. When I asked the manager I was brushed off. He acted like he was brought up and though to disregard any brown people statements. So unprofessional and I'll never be going back. Poor racist treatment by management so how would I expect proper food it all ended up in the trash.

The people working, standing toward the toilet purposely blocked my way to go the shorter distance . They closed the spot so I had to limp back half way down that isle to go up the next isle .SO I COULD REACH THE LADIES ROOM WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER. I TOLD THAT GROUP HOW DISGUSTING THEY WERE. That area should be clear for customers to go to the bathroom.

Been here before and it was much better but we did not have a great experience this time. My salad came without any dressing, and after asking for some it still took about 10 minutes for the dressing to come. I didn’t get a choice of dressing, the server brought me ranch even though the dressing in the description was different. The lettuce was not good and the salad did not have much flavor at all, it didn’t taste like anything was seasoned. My partner’s food and our chips and salsa were fine but my salad was very bland and overpriced and the service was slow even though only there were only a few other tables. I expected better.
Nothing beats the triple dipper at Chilis.
