On Valentines day of this year, I called ahead to find out the current wait time for a table and was told about 25-30 minute wait. This is at 6 pm. I get inside and double check with the hostess stand to verify I am on the list and they confirmed. With many people coming and going. My wife and I got cold from the breeze and decided to go wait in our car for our table. 7:30 rolls by and still no notification. We decided to leave and get food elsewhere so I decided to call the restaurant around 8 pm to find out what happened. The manager claims to have notified everyone and when I asked to double check the phone number he refused to answer(after I explained the long wait to him). He then decided to just hang up the phone call.

I don't know what it is about the food here but no matter what I eat, within 20 minutes I start getting these nasty hot farts that have this awful distinct smell. I don't know what this means but I can't imagine it's good. But the wife likes it so we still get it. And then she complains about the farts! IT'S NOT MY FAULT WOMAN!!!!

I used to come here a lot. Over the past couple of years I feel like the service and food quality have dropped. Last couple of times I came in for lunch and sat at the bar for about 5 min waiting to order. No one came. I left. I won’t be coming back after that.

Terrible, terrible food poisoning. Do not order, eat, or come within 6 feet of any beef or bbq brisket, you will endanger yourself and potentially others with how risky this food is.

We love to stop in at Chili’s To grab a quick bite. They make the best frozen margaritas. And their 3 for 3 Appetizers are the so good! I always get a bowl of their baked potato soup. It is the great! Sometimes we’ll Order an entrée. But the Appetizers and soup are usually enough. My husband loves their fajitas. The last time I was, there was with my daughter, and we shared the Reese’s peanut butter pie dessert. It was delicious! I strongly recommend Chili’s.

Stopped by for dinner with the family and felt like a steak. To be honest I was hesitant about ordering a steak but it was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. Would recommend the sirloin next time you decide to stop at Chili’s

We went on Tuesday, everything was great,..fast & hot,..but when we went again yesterday,on Saturday it was awful,..we waited forever for our food,..I wanted to leave,..when our Texas fries finally arrived they were cold! Than another wait for our fajitas, which were cold also,..with barely any filling,..plus we had different servers..,and it wasn't even crowded,..don't understand the long wait..which caused our order to be cold,disappointing experience.
