It feels like Chipotle overall has declined over the past 6 years. The food is great and all, but the portion does seem smaller than I remember and the prices are hiked up. I'd rather stick to making home-cooked meals or ask mi madre for her tamales 🫔 at this point for now.

I only come here because my kids enjoy it. However, every single time we place an online order, there is always something missing or wrong with our order. Our last order we had a steak bowl, when we got it home it was completely meatless!

No one cleans the tables the seating area is always filthy and way way over priced. I brought a bowl and a fountain drink and it was over $20.00 just for one person.
This place is disgusting. Stuff all over the floor the counters are dirty. Waited 10 minutes after my order time when there were 2 people in the store and on top of that my bowl barely filled the bottom. Very little chicken and he forgot the guacamole. Avoid at all costs

EVERYTIME I order from here there's an issue. From not getting what I ordered to the portion sizes being ridiculously small, especially for the money we're paying. Also anytime you walk into the restaurant its unsanitary, from dirty tables amne utensil station, to overflowing trash bins. Start adding personnel to your busy times. I'm done with this establishment until they fix their 💩!
