Online ordered food. Got there after it was supposed to be ready. No one was making the online orders and it wasn't until about 6 more people arrived for their orders, did someone even start making them. I did appreciate that they asked our names, and I think did ours first

Honestly this place has went way down hill not accepting cash , no chicken no queso and almost always forget my chips almost everytime the garbage is over flowing not sure if there’s new management or what but it’s gotten really bad

I ordered for delivery at this location and I spent $45 on my food not only did my guacamole come brown but they gave me someone else’s order I ordered a burrito bowl with steak with an extra portion of meat and got chicken by the time I got my order the store was already closed. I get the workers are doing their job but usually they label the food before it goes in the bag not to mention my receipt wasn’t even on the bag so I had to take photos of the food for uber to help.

Walked in at 7:30 PM where the floors and every counter (drink/utensil area and food area) were covered in food, napkins, receipts, etc. Decided to leave when we watched the workers scrape from the bottoms of multiple food containers and say they were out of steak for the night.

Really glad to see everyone else complaining about the dirty condition of this restaurant. My husband and I ALWAYS used to eat at this chain, when it first opened in Manhattan. Food was delicious and portions were HUGE. And the restaurants NEVER looked like you would need penicillin to eat in them, so you didn't contract a disease.
Now that Chipotle is in in suburbs, they are resting on their laurels. Most locations, like this one in Holmdel, NJ are FILTHY. And management makes no apologies or attempt to correct the problem.
But also, the portions we were given last week in Holmdel, NJ were HORRIFICALLY small. Our bowls rare mostly rice, barely any chicken. That's probably because the location seemed to be out of food, but was STILL accepting online and phone orders. If they don't have enough food for the walking customers already there, then shut down the web orders temporarily.
And yes, there were no napkins, the place was FILTHY, and no one replenished the Agua Fresca, when it ran out. Management needs to be fired, staff retrained on the importance of customer service and honesty, and additional staff needs to be hired.

This is the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been to and I went to college in Newark, NJ. Every table, the floor, the counter, the cooking area were all filthy. The garbage was overflowing. Unacceptable! I've contacted the Holmdel Health Department.

This is not what I ordered... I paid extra for extra chicken and it is almost bare, I ordered black beans and got the green ones, I ordered salsa and didn't get it, and the soda I ordered was different as well (that I can understand if they ran out of) but come on like most of the order just isn't correct AND I got white rice when I ordered brown rice... like this is almost unappetizing to me

i came in for a interview today. it was for 3:40, they told me to wait 40 minutes and come back, i did she still wasn’t there, person on front counter told me he would call her, and then i see that he’s just decided to continue working, horrible service was very rude, and horrible staff. Worst interview experience ever
