Ordered a mint chocolate chip cake for my daughters’ friends bday-HORRIBLE! The cake was MOSTLY cake and def NOT what was advertised on their website (advertised cake in photo and what I received in the 2nd photo). The purpose of cold stone cakes is that they should be primarily ice cream. This was more cake than ice cream and had the THINNEST layer of ice cream between the cake sheets. NEVER AGAIB!

Service was just OK. Bathroom has been out of order for the longest time. The empty ice cream containers were left in the display case. And ofcourse the prices have changed and I think the owners to!

If I can give any place 0 Stars it's definitely here. The owners are horrible very rude !!! Ice cream is always melted and not at the right proportion when you go there you get less of everything every time the toppings aren't fresh they taste like they've been sitting there for a while. The chocolates have clumps in it I don't even think they changed the chocolate and clean it like it's old burnt chocolate taste. I can go on forever if it was up to me go to Carvel cheaper nicer employees that actually care and don't overcharge you on everything in the world for every little mix you get one free and then they charge you forever. I wouldn't go there go get what's worth it go to Carvel!!!! Someone should call the health board on them

We went to Cold Stone for the famous ice cream tacos. I paid $50 for 2 ice cream tacos and 2 kids cups of ice cream. My mom asked for coffee ice cream substituted in her ice cream taco which they were happy to do- and then charged an extra $8.99 on top of the $11.99 price tag. When she opened the container to eat it (on location), it was too melted so we asked if they could put it back in the freezer. In addition to all of this, my ice cream taco shell was half empty. When I bit into it, it was just waffle cone.

Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, the smell of fresh waffle cones and the cheerful energy of the staff instantly puts a smile on your face. The ice cream is incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor.
I tried the IceCream Nacho which they just started and it was super delicious. I've never tried this type of combination before. The staff was friendly, patient, and offered great recommendations. Everything was fresh, the store was clean, and the service was quick even during a busy time.

went today and I saw a lot of new faces but excited since my family and I normally go every summer weekly, I noticed a change in portion sizes, we usually buy 3 gotta have it’s and they’re normally full how it usually is. All 3 were not even to the top of the cup which $35 for ice cream I expected it to be the value. On top of that my daughter and I got our usual Founders Favorite and both were missing ingredients. I don’t know if it’s miscommunication but we didn’t open it till we got home and can’t go back since it’s due to be closed. Just upset and don’t feel like spending another $35 to see if it’s normal.

I’ve been to this Cold Stone location many times, last time it was two weeks ago, so I know the prices well. A kids-size ice cream is $5.99, and the first Mix-in is free. I also confirmed prices online.
This time, I ordered three kids-size ice creams with one Mix-in, but I was charged $7.99 each, plus extra for Mix-in. Last time, my total was lower tips included!
It felt unfair, almost like certain customers treated and taken advantage of based on looks and ethnicity. I hope management ensures fair treatment for all customers. Won’t go there anymore‼️

I constantly order off of DoorDash & Uber Eats and I can’t get my order personalized like how I would order in person but I call the store and they always on point with correcting MY mistake. Shoutout to Trey (I think that’s his name or the young guy that answers the phone) because he has my order down pat! So friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers out.
