I’ve been to this Cold Stone location many times, last time it was two weeks ago, so I know the prices well. A kids-size ice cream is $5.99, and the first Mix-in is free. I also confirmed prices online.
This time, I ordered three kids-size ice creams with one Mix-in, but I was charged $7.99 each, plus extra for Mix-in. Last time, my total was lower tips included!
It felt unfair, almost like certain customers treated and taken advantage of based on looks and ethnicity. I hope management ensures fair treatment for all customers. Won’t go there anymore‼️

This store has the best ice cream! I constantly order off of DoorDash & Uber Eats and I can’t get my order personalized like how I would order in person but I call the store and they always on point with correcting MY mistake. Shoutout to Trey (I think that’s his name or the young guy that answers the phone) because he has my order down pat! So friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers out.

Second time we’ve given this location a shot. Used a delivery service (which was not the problem) however, whoever makes the order is. Ordered a few ice creams all with different ingredients to receive cups of plain ice cream.
Biggest rip off stay away - they should remove their business off of all the delivery services so no one else gets scammed.

They did such a good job with my online order of a birthday cake ! Exactly what I wanted, and delicious. They even had dairy free options for people with dietary restrictions which made everyone feel included! Very satisfied

Worst location ever. They failed to deliver my daughter's birthday cake. The manager or owner refused to call me back for days, and they also refused to issue a refund (a cake I never received). He tried to put the blame on DoorDash, but when I ordered delivery online, there was no mention of DoorDash being used, so I never even agreed to that in the first place. Eventually, I was able to dispute the charge on my credit card. But I certainly will never be going here again.

Melty ice cream (the stone wasn’t cold enough). Dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. Dead bugs under the table. Glass was never cleaned. Floor not swept or mopped in weeks. Disgusting. A disgrace! Clean your store!!!!!
