My dad had a cake made special for my mom’s birthday. He asked for a pink cake with purple writing. This is disgusting. I would NEVER come back here. This is a picture straight from the freezer, it’s still frozen yet looks melted! This is how they give cakes to their costumers. Not to mention these cakes are $60!! Please don’t give these people your business. This is the second time!!! The first time the cake tasted like soap. Gross. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Got the cupcakes, absolutely disgusting. Cupcake was made of dry overcooked cake crumbs. Popeyes biscuits have more moisture than these. For 23$ I expected better especially from coldstone but unfortunately this is what they make here. I also called and asked why the cupcakes were made of dry crumbs and they confirmed that this is how they are instructed to make them. Definitely will not be purchasing again and just want to let other consumers know what they're buying before they get scammed like I did. Edit: i brought back the cupcakes and the owner was very sweet and replaced them immediately with cookie sandwiches as well as a large container of ice cream. The cupcakes are still disgusting but the ice cream is good.

This has to be the worst cold stone out there. Customer service is insanely bad. Waited around the store for about 10 minutes before screaming “hello” to the back of the store for an employee to come out. Then I get this awful cake that I could’ve had my child write better. $65 for this garbage is insane.

My boyfriend had never been to Cold Stone before, so I had to put him on. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Angel. She took our order and was incredibly attentive and patient. Even with other customers and DoorDash orders coming in, she stayed calm and handled everything like a pro. I was genuinely impressed by how welcoming she was. My boyfriend loved his first Cold Stone experience! Big props to future boss-lady Angel!

I went in with my family to get ice cream recently and the employee named angel there was so helpful. she greeted us as soon as we walked in with a huge smile and took our orders immediately. our order was made very quickly and perfectly! i’m very pleased with the customer service and i will surely be returning again!

Ordered a mint chocolate chip cake for my daughters’ friends bday-HORRIBLE! The cake was MOSTLY cake and def NOT what was advertised on their website (advertised cake in photo and what I received in the 2nd photo). The purpose of cold stone cakes is that they should be primarily ice cream. This was more cake than ice cream and had the THINNEST layer of ice cream between the cake sheets. NEVER AGAIB!

Service was just OK. Bathroom has been out of order for the longest time. The empty ice cream containers were left in the display case. And ofcourse the prices have changed and I think the owners to!

If I can give any place 0 Stars it's definitely here. The owners are horrible very rude !!! Ice cream is always melted and not at the right proportion when you go there you get less of everything every time the toppings aren't fresh they taste like they've been sitting there for a while. The chocolates have clumps in it I don't even think they changed the chocolate and clean it like it's old burnt chocolate taste. I can go on forever if it was up to me go to Carvel cheaper nicer employees that actually care and don't overcharge you on everything in the world for every little mix you get one free and then they charge you forever. I wouldn't go there go get what's worth it go to Carvel!!!! Someone should call the health board on them
