If I could give 0 stars I would…. The “manager” is beyond rude…. They have been charging me extra for the cookies when I order an Oreo shake, since they charge extra for cookies since they make it with soft serve… when I questioned the charge the “manager” was nasty about it.. if you requested something and they need to make it different, they shouldn’t charge you for items.

They have lost a valuable customer in me and I will tell people about how I was treated.. It’s sad cause I would get a treat at least twice a week from there when I went to bell works…

Ordered a milkshake and every couple of sips, I felt something solid in my mouth. I figured they were chunks of ice cream that were clumped together. But when I noticed they wouldn't break apart, I spat it out to see what it was. IT WAS MOLD/MILDEW. THOSE GROSS THINGS THAT GROW ON FAUCETS. It was so gross and I felt SO sick in the stomach afterwards. They must rarely clean their machines. It is so unhygienic and at a place where so many kids come to play and eat, SHAME ON THEM. Forget about their ridiculous price and surcharge on credit cards, if you want mildew shakes, this is your go-to spot.Edit: To the owner who replied, it's clear that you're not willing to self-reflect on what could've happened even if your current practice seems sufficient. You can brush your teeth 3 times a day, but that doesn't make you immune to cavities. Claiming that mold growth is impossible because you clean the machines weekly is ludicrous.Also, I'm not going to gather what I spat out, drive back ~30 min. to your store to show the mold and get a refund. All that would do is complaining to one of your employees who was at no fault of their own. More importantly, it won't change the fact that I've already stomached chunks of mold. The best I can do is let others that stumble upon Google review know of what happened so they're aware. The perfect outcome of this would've been for the business owner, you, to read the criticism and re-examine your cleaning protocol and machines to improve your practice. But based on your response, it's apparent that you don't have an ounce of belief in what I said and hinting that I'm making false accusations. Pretty unfortunate.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a wide array of colorful and enticing flavors. The staff behind the counter were friendly and patient, allowing me to sample different flavors before making my decision. The ice cream cake was absolutely delicious, with a creamy and smooth texture that melted in my mouth. The shop had a wonderful selection of toppings and mix-ins, allowing me to customize my treat to perfection. The portions were generous, and the presentation was beautiful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this ice cream shop to all ice cream enthusiasts looking for a delectable and memorable experience.
