How can one not love this place. The smell of the bacon, the toppings being displayed infront of my eyes. If my eyes could drool, they would from how delictable everything looks. I thank the staff for the amazing job they do, even though its one slice of meat and im paying $20, I am still satisfied to be a regular customer and come back everyday during my lunch.

I love Jersey Mike's. The one in Red Bank NJ? Wonderful. This One? Horrific. I'm going to echo what someone else said below. Less than Standard amounts put on the food. I ate a bread sandwich tonight that had a memory of what meat used to taste like. This isn't Subway, I shouldn't be given next to nothing at all. Turns out it's the Franchise owner TELLING the people working here, to give less than normal. Will not be coming back to this one, ever. This is also the 3rd time, in a row.
(I went to the one in Red Bank and the one in Middletown NJ each. No issue at either of them, it's JUST this location.

Once more shorted like crazy, Two of the sandwiches out of the three Giants we got, were the correct weight and filling. The Italian had next to nothing on it, half the weight of the other two (We have a food scale at home, very noticeable). Club sandwich we got, half the sandwich looked like someone GRIPPED it in the middle of the bread and crushed it. Horrible looking. No sort of consistency of quality in this place. Waste of 40 dollars.

The food is delectable. My sub was thick and juicy and the bread is soft. No complaints on the food. Only problem I have is the staff act like they don’t get paid to be dere. They don’t een be asking what I want in the sub they just stared at me. I felt like I wasn’t wanted there. Food good doe.

I enjoyed the service at this location very professional and very quick. The subs are better than subway that is certain. Only problem I had they need to put some meat on it almost a make a wish sandwich. But the next trip I got a chicken cheese steak that definitely redeemed them. I liked the cream soda I give that and the root beer 5 stars.

Gavin is the man and the whole staff is so friendly!!!!!! Quality sub and this location especially holds it to a high standard. Give these guys a raise!!!! Will be back!

This photo alone should tell you about this location. Customer service isn’t great, bacon was all burnt and also crumbled. Had no rosemary parm bread, and looked very unsanitary. I’m very disappointed and disgusted with this location. A refund would be much appreciated.

I travel the country for work and always love a taste of home while on the road, leading me to eating at many Jersey Mikes. Like most chains, there is always a huge discrepancy between individual stores. This Jersey Mike’s is a top location! The staff is amazing. My order is always consistent and tastes fresh.

Went here yesterday,..what a difference from the one in Atlantic highlands,,only went to that one because I was in the area,..was the worst sub ever,nothing on it & so dry,..toppings were old,..but this one in Holmdel was so good,..toppings were fresh and service was fast & friendly! Highly recommend...best sub I had in awhile!🤩😋
