The subs are good. Probably the best of the fast food sub shops. But they aren't cheap and for the price I'll go to a deli and get better one

At the Holmdel branch, service is not that good, unless they know you personally. Food has is so small, I'm still starving after I eat a whole sandwich. The price is like a sit-in place, so it's not cheap either. Looking for other options.

This chain should rename themselves to skimpy Mike's. For the ridiculous pricing you typical get 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of meat. Go to a local deli and get better food

I purchased 3subs with extra meat. I did take out and ordered on the phone.when I got home it was pathetic. On the half of roast beef there was 2pieces on one side and 1 piece on the other. I check the rest of the subs and they were just as bad. I paid for extra meat and there was none. I called and the person who answered the phone was polite and apologized. He said he would replace the subs at no cost, I replied I will be there I'm 10mins. When I walked in and told the young man who I was, he grab the bag on the counter and threw it at me. I took a picture of the sub, I told him would u like to see the pictures. He rudely said no I don't need to see them and walked away. He was very disrespectful and had a bad attitude. I'm now going to go to a different Jersey Mike's in my area. Moral of the story , if you don't like your job QUIT.VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
