I'm not sure if it was an off night or what, but our poor server was absolutely weeded and overwhelmed. She was so sweet and kept apologizing and I felt bad she was left by herself. Took an hour for us to be addressed, we kept getting forgotten, a local/regular had to intervene and get us water, then the server brought it to the wrong table. Appetizers weren't bad, wings and burrata were good. Our entrees were not good. The marinara tasted different on every plate (pasta and pizza dishes), some too acidic, too sweet, too sour, no seasoning or flavor. 2 people were nauseous and sick after. Not coming back.Edit to clarify: I know the sauces were different, my comment was that there was something wrong with all of the sauces from different dishes with different sauces.We couldn't get ahold of anyone to deal with any issues. Our server was nice and it wasn't her fault so we were not going to put it on her. There were no solutions to the issues we had. Remaking a dish or ordering something new was not going to change anything. We didn't need anything removed, we paid and tipped accordingly and left.

Pizza and calamari were delivered on time and still hot. However, one of the pizzas was not what we ordered and neither the restaurant nor SLICE (the order manager) was willing to make an adjustment. Wings are breaded (unfortunately) and the soup (pasta fagioli) was woefully short on beans. The beef cheesesteak with onions was Ok. Antipasto and greek salad were good if unexceptional.

We were working off of Holmdel Rd On September 20. The very nice homeowner asked us if we would like lunch?we said sure thank you. I was going to tell her do not go la ginestra pizzeria knowing how awful they are. I said nothing. And regretted. Once again they proved me right! If you mess up on a pizza image what else is going on I took a picture of the pizza that the lady brought back.it looked like it was turned upside down and raw. a ton of cheese which I don't like.greasy not cut all the way black on the bottom of pie.tasted worse than garbage never never again.These people should be deported for cheating and robbing this country. Worst pizza ever!!!!

All I can say is "Delicious"! The staff were very sweet & accommodating, and the food was so amazing. For the price, I was shocked at how big the portions are! Wonderful value for your money, with big flavor. We had the Sicilian pizza w/Sausage, and we will have leftovers for days. I recommend!
