It was a Friday night and it was very noisy. Birthday party outside with loud music. We enjoyed it though and it has a fun vibe. We were just ok on the chicken wings but the hand cut French fries were amazing.

Three of us were at Bell Works, so decided to have lunch there out on the deck, which is an attractive setting with beautiful views. The food was average, which is not bad, not great, and included a Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap, a Turkey Club (why all the bread?), and pappardelle pasta with grilled chicken, maybe the best dish and very good. Anyhow, service was spot on. It wasn't crowded at the time, so the vibe was relaxing.

Love the food, but way too cold, A/C needs to be lowered, three times there and freezing while I am eating. Bring a light jacket if you don't like freezing while you are eating.

Mabel is amazing! I’ve been several times and the food is always great. My girlfriend and I love the casual-but-dressed-up vibe, especially in the lounge room. The service is consistently friendly and super accommodating. We recently brought friends visiting from out of town and arrived way early for our reservation on a busy Saturday night. The staff still found a way to seat us, which we really appreciated. That kind of thoughtful service is exactly why we keep coming back.

Showed up way too early to my 5 o’clock reservation, but luckily it was happy hour. At the bar the food and drinks were great. Dinner was even better. I had the juiciest Peri Peri chicken, and some of the best fries ever. Dessert was a fantastic chocolate cake. I was a bit skeptical going to a restaurant in Bell Works, but this was one of the best meals I have ever had.

This place is wonderful and the food was fantastic! We got the seafood tower and it was some of the freshest oysters I have ever had. I like how they have a seasonal menu and the wine/cocktail pairings fit perfectly with what the server recommended. The food is thoughtful, creative, fresh, and modern - yet still has some of those traditional touches (the jersey corn salad, the Asian crispy wings, the penne vodka). The most magical dishes were definitely the homemade pastas - make sure to get the pesto pasta, it’s cooked to absolute perfection. This place is a gem!

came after destination dessert festival and restaurant had the vibes and had the burger with salad and espresso martini and perfect pick me up after the sugar rush heavy salt but much needed fter all the sweet great structure to the burger too
Go to Mabel. You will not regret going to Mabel. The food and cocktail menu are inspired. Beyond inspired, everything works, and is really delicious. The analogy that comes to mind is this … Mabel is to fine dining as Tom Cruise is to movies. It’s not award winning “tweezer food” but the flavors pop and you will leave their “theater” happy after the culinary journey.

Was so excited to try this place out but food and drinks are not the best, the Cesar chicken wrap had a weird taste and texture. Even the drinks were not good at all! Save your money!!!!!!!!

While in Bell Works, we decided to go to Mabel for lunch! The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, I loved the mid-century modern style of the room. I got the Fish and Chips, and it was fantastic. The fish was made perfectly, and exactly how they do it in England. Perfectly crispy breading, and the fish itself was perfectly cooked. No peas as a side though, which is the classic side for fish and chips, but instead there was a pickle as the side. The steak frites were also really well done, and I ended up loving the malt vinegar mayo more than I thought I would! I also got the Lemon and Elderflower Tiramisu. It was amazing! I could notice that the lemon crème layers were made using real lemons, as it was VERY tangy. The elderflower powder as a topping was very interesting! It's a very tart and floral tiramisu, I adored the flavor profile of it. The waitstaff and hostess were great; they seated us quickly, and service was fast. The only minor downside is that when the restaurant is full, it is EXTREMELY loud. I think it's because, technically, the restaurant is fully concrete and glass due to the building itself, but I couldn't see any sound dampers in the ceiling. We did go just as the lunch rush had started, so the restaurant was pretty full when we first were seated. Once other patrons had slowly started to trickle out and there were only about five tables with people, the volume level went way down, but whoof, it was hard to think with how noisy it was at the beginning! The prices of this place are also pretty high, but the food quality was great, so it was worth the price to me!
EDIT: Also, be aware there is a 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card! I didn't see that posted on the menus or signage outside, and I can't find it anywhere on their site. I JUST noticed it now when I was going through my receipts. If you have a surcharge for only one type of payment, aren't you supposed to post that somewhere?

Premium cocktails definitely boujee booze and everything I had was delicious from cheeseboard to dessert, so happy to have found this GEM! Makayla was our server she was wonderful the service was impressively fast and couldnt have had a better experience.
