This place is an upscale diner. That is excellent. I had the tomato bisque soup as well as egg salad and avocado sandwich on sourdough bread. Both were awesome. You could tell the quality of this place simply when you walk in, the napkins are excellent quality and they’re very thick. You don’t get those kind of napkins at most places service was awesome.

I recently had my daughter's Sweet 16 (friend) Dinner at Over Easy After Dark in Holmdel! I cannot recommend this enough! From start to finish, the staff were so accommodating, helpful and just overall amazing! The Holmdel location is gorgeous inside and on Friday and Saturday nights, the atmosphere is even more beautiful with dim table lights and fresh flowers. On top of the amazing ambiance, the food is delicious! Every meal is thoughtfully planned out and all around fabulous!! I would recommend their weekend After Dark dining experience for a regular night out as well as a special occasion!!
