We have been wanting to dine here for awhile. Our anniversary was the perfect time. We were greeted warmly by the staff before being seated. The atmosphere was upscale and the patrons expressed excitement. The waitress was phenomenal as to her attentiveness at the table. The mango 🥭 and pineapple 🍍 martini was tasty but watery but the Patrizia martini was delicious. We ordered the pasta 🍝fagioli was served steaming hot with exquisite taste and texture. The other appetizer was the octopus and potato 🐙 / pulpo fuorigroto was delicious as well. For our main course, we both ordered the swordfish with pesto sauce and potatoes 🥔. The swordfish was cooked perfectly and pesto sauce was devine. For dessert, we ordered the crème brûlée 🍮 and caramel cone. The waitress placed a 🧨 and blew us with an airborne explosion of confetti to celebrate our anniversary. So sweet.

We highly recommend Patricia's of Holmdel. We have frequented this establishment with our immediate family of 12 for birthdays, celebrations, and more! The environment is warm and inviting through its modern decor, enjoyable music, lighting, and seating. Tables are covered with white clothes and seating is comfortable whether inside or out. The location is well maintained and clean. The pricing is average for fine dining. The entire staff is exceptional. We enjoy all pleasantries with the staff members. It is evident that care is placed in choosing the staff. Each is professional, personable, and thorough. They make us feel like VIP every time we go, especially when John N. is our server. John N. is extremely knowledgeable of the inner workings of this establishment. We have severe food allergies and dietary restrictions. John N. illustrates such compassion towards us. He is diligent in keeping us safe, and keeps open communication with the chef when we are present. He is so kind and fun, too, in such a way that he feels like a family member. While eating at Patricia's it feels as if we are transported to a family dinner in Italy. Between the welcoming ambience, pleasant staff, and delicious food, we (without hesitation) highly recommend Patricia's of Holmdel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I took my wife there for our anniversary last weekend. We haven’t been there in about a year. Something changed there since we’re there. The food quality as slipped a bit but the prices have increased. Don’t order fish because they have no idea of how to cook or season fish. We had branzino and it was the worst branzino ever. It was over cooked and no flavor what so ever! We will never go back. The restaurant is over priced and over rated.

Perfect restaurant for a birthday celebration. Food was very good and our server Adham was a gem. We were a party of 9 and 2 people had food intolerance to gluten and dairy. Adham was able to make suggestions and knew how each gluten free item was prepared so that there would not be any issues. Any question we asked he knew the preparation or ingredients in that dish. The timing of the courses ordered was good and all 9 of us were eating at the same time. The atmosphere is bright and classy and and service and staff were professional. Will be back.

This location was a perfect spot to celebrate our friend’s birthday. Restaurant is spacious and has a touch of class. Our server was friendly and on top of it all. Food was very good overall. Appetizers Eggplant tower Burrata Seafood salad-excellent Octopus Artichokes Entrees Salmon Branzino Clams with spaghetti- pasta was curly n off for this dish Dessert Zeppoles Carrot cake Affogato Had a nice evening at Patricia’s.

What a beautiful restaurant. My wife and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and our dinner could not have been better. Our server, Liz, was so kind and attentive, as was the busboy and manager. The food was spectacular, plus we were offered a complimentary dessert. Patricia's made our evening very special, and we're truly grateful for it.

Great food…great service…friendly atmosphere. Everyone ordered different things and they were all good. It’s the right choice for a group meal or dinner for two.
Food has usually been pretty good, though not varied. They should change up their menu occasionally or add more specials. The dining room where unfortunately we were seated was very cold (about 60 degrees -or less- on this cool March evening) making it uncomfortable enough that I and others in our party needed to keep our jackets on. We were given the excuse that they were having issues with their heat in that (outer) room and were getting it fixed the next day -of course not doing us any good. To their credit we were eventually moved to the loud, poorly designed multipurpose dining/event room.🫤 They were unable to accomodate us in the one better, main room they have (though we did request that main dining room in our Resy reservation a few weeks earlier and by phone a day earlier -to no avail). The food and prices are not so great that we will want to endure such an uncomfortable, loud environment again any time soon. There are much better restaurant experiences within easy drive. We've been to Patricia's of Holmdel at least several times over the few years since it opened. After this last, less than great, visit we won't be rushing back and will probably just remove altogether from our rotation. 🙁

Our sever, Katie, handled the large group with ease. She was polite with a sense of humor and always seemed to show up at the right time when someone in the group needed something. The two busboys (one was Lucas) also did a great job.
