The front desk was very rude. I was on the phone with the Helpdesk who transferred me to the office in Holmdel. The female at the front desk picked up the phone and I stayed for them to change the Helpdesk provider because they were horrible. All I needed were two documents. The front desk female stated that I should use a computer browser and so I stated, “ the Helpdesk never said this, and I was on the phone with them for over 15 minutes.”

Don’t go. I had a terrible experience yesterday. Brought my daughter in at 12 right after they opened as a walk in because there were no appointments available. Was told after I was called up to verify info to stay close because she’d be called soon. 2 hours later we still hadn’t been called. Their system of seeing where you are in line is inaccurate and kept giving me false hope that we were next. My poor daughter was tired and starving. Don’t ever trust them
My son went to them 3 weeks ago after an injury to his fingers
They said why did you rush and bring him it’s getting better already but we will X-ray him
They did X-ray said it’s all good no broken bones.
