I cannot say enough good things about my and my daughter’s experience today. She is 6 and had to have nose and throat swabs. I usually have to help hold her while she gets these tests done. Ken the nurse or assistant was sooo top notch with her she didn’t even need me and said it was not even a big deal. He was so patient and kind. We’ve never had such a more pleasant experience with a medical professional. Then Np Nicole came in and was top notch also. We love the Holmdel branch of PMP. But today was above all other visits. It’s hard to see your child sick and the staff just outdid themselves today.
I don’t understand the point of making an appointment if you're still going to have to wait over an hour to be seen. It's frustrating and doesn't seem to serve any real purpose.
.
I called in to simply ask if they had chest xray services available. The rude person answering the phone was trying to shoo me away because he did t want to be bothered to answer my question. Go to the one in Marlboro wayyy better customer sevice!!!!!
Appointments mean nothing at this location. Front desk staff are not pleasant and very unwelcoming. The dr we saw was great but waiting an hour with an appointment was less than ideal.
Professional and attentive staff who know how to interact with patients of all ages with respect and compassion. Even under difficult circumstances, they are always our preferred provider for urgent care for our children. I only wish wait times were a little less but understand the staff is providing great care.
Everyone was fantastic from the second we walked in until we left!!
I highly recommend this place. I have always had a great experience when I bring my kids. If the doctors that worked here had their own practice I would go there. Even without an appointment time I was in and out in about an hour and ten minutes. Quicker than a primary doctor with an appointment. Lol
Very professional and nice staff. They are very helpful when our kids get sick.
Staff was friendly, professional and very helpful.
Had an appointment and it was still over an hour until we met the doctor. Doctor was ok but waiting that long with a sick kid is not a great experience

Scheduled on line and had very little wait! Mary was excellent. Very thorough and helpful
The wait was very long but the care was fantastic. We always come prepared for a long wait, but we know the team there does a fantastic job at treating my child. Great place for kids who are sick at night. It so much better to start her on antibiotics as soon as she has an infection instead of waiting until the next day. And doesn’t every child wear comfy clothes and heels to Ped Urgent Care?
At some point went from walk in general practitioners to "specialists" causing my insurance co-pay to more than double!
The wait time and whole process was so easy. You can make an “appointment” online ahead of time (the time is not guaranteed, based on needs and emergency situations). But this time, our appointment was at 1, arrived at 12:45 and we were in the room by 1:02. The entire staff was very nice, we were happy with the care and we would definitely recommend.
Staff was very friendly. Walk-ins there is a long wait. If possible make an appointment and they were decently on time.
