My recent interaction with the receptionist at PM Pediatrics was highly unsatisfactory and significantly detracted from the overall experience. While I believe PM Pediatrics provides great clinical care, the performance of the front desk employee was well below professional standards. The level of basic customer service, common sense, and willingness to be helpful expected from the first face you see when you walk in was totally missing. Quality service is essential for customer satisfaction, and this disappointing experience was well below par. A positive and professional initial experience for all patients and parents is crucial, and the current front desk service is failing to deliver this. PM Pediatrics can certainly do much better than the service provided by that desk employee.

Excellent experience! Went right before closing with my son with an ear infection on a Sunday night, and not only were they gracious and helpful, but my son left feeling better, diagnosed and with a prescription all within 20 minutes. With this place around, I’m never going to the ER for non-emergencies again. Dr was gentle and calming. Luckily never had to go prior, but this place comes highly recommended from our pediatrician.

We were able to get an x-ray of my child's arm at the facility. It was much quicker and easier than going to the ER. The staff was very nice.

Refused my son over $15 from a co-pay that I don’t even owe. I had Medicade and I don’t have co pay but they kept charging me. Don’t come here. They’ve been slowly going down hill and this was it for me!! Now I gotta go sit in ER because the other urgent care won’t see him. Excuse they have a lot of people. Sat there for an hour to be told this. This is ridiculous.
