I wouldn't know because I called at 4:55 for call ahead seating for 8 people and they said they couldn't accommodate us till 6 , well came there at 5:50 and informed them we were there and now comes 6:30 and nothing. So we called to get a status and they said another 45 minutes.. I have been here numerous times and never had any issues but, this was unacceptable ..

The service at times is very bad. We must have had a new waiter it took forever for us to get our salads and as usual the baked potato is always cold

The place was packed but it was a friday night, fine whatever. But when we got our food i realized my steak was way overcooked, i ordered it medium rare, it came out almost well done. The waitress took it back and offered to get me a replacement cooked correctly. Ok, fine, i said sure. But never should a medium rare steak take more than 10 mins. Again, i get it was busy, but by the time the replacement came out after waiting so long the rest of my family was done eating. Not to mention i didnt get the cut that was ordered.

Super duper packed, but even with that said, I used the website to join the waiting list ahead of time. Aunt 20 minutes into my 40-minute wait. I check in at the front desk and the woman tells me it's going to be another 40 minutes. After 40 minutes on the dot is up. I checked back in. She tells me another 10. I understand it's a busy night but even with that in mind I don't know why they emphasize using the app to join the waiting list in advance when it did nothing. Food was still amazing. Service was good with the exception of the server. Getting my daughter chicken fingers when she asked for ribs. And one of the appetizer plates had extremely visible dried ketchup all over it.

My waiter was miserable. The kid honestly prob has prob been working there for years and it felt like he was forced do his job. I was there on 2/28. The kid never smiled. I used to be a server 10 years ago but you know you make the best of the job. Don’t be miserable dude

Twice, really bad situation, waiter, pushy, enough time to eat my salad, dinner on the table? I used to love this place! No more! We spoke to the manager twice, don't care! What happened! Gave a smaller tip, we were a good tipping, nope! Service sucks! The manager said, dinner on the table, 5 minutes? Are we robots? What happened with that place! New manager, should be fired!

Last time I ate at Texas Roadhouse was many years ago, but at a different location. I remember there were peanut shells everywhere (on the floor, on the seats, on the table). There would be barrels of peanuts scattered around the restaurant too. I guess they don't do that anymore. Instead you have to ask for the peanuts and they will come prepackaged.
I had the steak and ribs combo with house salad and mash potatoes. It was lots of food. The steak tasted good, but I didn't like the ribs. The ribs was dry. Someone in my group ordered same thing as me and enjoy everything. I guess the ribs are a hit or miss. Someone ordered pork chops and those were dry.

Ate here the first time this week with my wife. The short wait time promised by the host was accurate, as we got seated in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, although the table was clean and set, the booth seat on my side was not. I had to brush crumbs and food off of it before I sat down. We were greeted promptly and ordered drinks (wine) which was fine. I ordered the filet mignon, with a baked potato and a vegetable (broccoli). and my wife ordered a burger. The steak was grilled to perfection (medium rare), and tasted very good. However, it was warm, as was the baked potato. (I noticed others who arrived after us getting served first and I thought our order was taking a long time. It was probably sitting for a while.) In addition, the baked potato was dried out and the broccoli, which I like a bit hard, was undercooked. I had coffee and apple pie a la mode for dessert, and they were both very good. I will try TR again, as I might have experienced a bad night, and I'm looking for a new casual restaurant close to home..

I visited this location with my older brother for a Friday night dinner and let me just state that this review is for this location and this location only- this is my first visit ever to Texas Roadhouse. Overall a good experience, the food is good but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere is very different from your typical neighborhood Applebee’s. We felt like we tried something new for a change. The service was satisfactory. I recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area.
