The place was packed but it was a friday night, fine whatever. But when we got our food i realized my steak was way overcooked, i ordered it medium rare, it came out almost well done. Super duper packed, but even with that said, I used the website to join the waiting list ahead of time. Aunt 20 minutes into my 40-minute wait. I check in at the front desk and the woman tells me it's going to be another 40 minutes. After 40 minutes on the dot is up. I checked back in. She tells me another 10. I understand it's a busy night but even with that in mind I don't know why they emphasize using the app to join the waiting list in advance when it did nothing....
Last time I ate at Texas Roadhouse was many years ago, but at a different location. I remember there were peanut shells everywhere (on the floor, on the seats, on the table). There would be barrels of peanuts scattered around the restaurant too. I guess they don't do that anymore. Instead you have to ask for the peanuts and they will come prepackaged.
