The food here is PERFECT!! We had such a wonderful meal on our first night at Lake Hopatcong that we wanted to come back a second night. I wish we had because no where else was as good as Byram Bay. The pierogies, chicken and seafood were all fantastic. I didn’t see that there is a water view here but honestly it’s not even worth going to the water view places that have sub par food when you can come here and have the best meal.

Fabulous restaurant! The food was delicious, very fresh and enjoyable. Had a baby shower there for my daughter-in-law. Everyone raved about the food. Portions were very generous. The perogies, potato pancakes and goulash were amazing and that is coming from a Polish family. The deserts were generous portions and were just as amazing as the rest of the food. Chef Mike was very personable, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. What an amazing chef! Highly recommend...

So I waited to try a local place with high hopes .
Place is a bit loud being a wide open floor plan . I do like the new design just a bit loud being. On to the food . I will say this as a PSA . If you have a salt restriction you will not be happy . Most dishes seemed to be to salty. My mother who coats everything in salt stated to salty . Not a criticism just a person perception . Had mushroom soup . Very very tasty . Bit high it seemed in sodium . Mom had the jerk shrimp...
