Had dinner on Saturday night and the place was relatively empty. It took 15 minutes to place our order and then food came out about 35 minutes after that. The Chicken Francaise came with three very large pieces of chicken and was good. I got the fish and chips. The three small pieces of fish were over cooked. the fish came on top of a PLATE FULL OF SHOESTRING FRIES. enough for 4-6 people, and about half the fries looked like they had gone in the fryer twice. Had a great experience at Byram-Bay Bistro! The food was clean, tasty, and well-prepared. The dining area was beautifully set up with nice tables and a welcoming atmosphere. This is exactly what I hope to see in every restaurant—great food and a clean, comfortable space. Highly recommend!
A hidden gem in Hopatcong! The food was fresh and delicious. The ambiance is inviting and charming as was the friendly staff. While there isn’t a specific gluten free menu, the owner and chef went over my options and were open to accommodating my gluten allergy. A great experience 👍👍 I think we’ve found our new favorite restaurant.
