The pepperoni pizza is one of the best as always, but the attitude of the young cashier today was very unpleasant. This was my experience as a customer and what I observed in her attitude toward other customers while I was there. Just because of that, I wouldn’t go back

Liked the food. Generous portions-most of the dinners had the same tomato sauce base loaded on.
However-I requested broccoli rabe side in place of the broccoli side. The server said their was an up charge. Fine.
They charged me full price for the side of broccoli rabe while still taking away the included side:
They were rude about it, I argued and they took off $2 from the $8 side order.
As a previous restaurant owner, their crappy attitude rubbed me the wrong way so that is the last time we will go there.

wow…. 27 dollars for a PERSONAL small pizza and a chicken ceaser wrap….. both were disgusting. Always loved there pies. I’ve been overcharged here now twice that I’m new to town. I don’t even think my pizza is all the way cooked it’s a floppy vile mess. Do better if you’re gonna charge insane prices…. 0/10 not happy what so ever

I used to go to Frank's all the time as a kid. Still the best pie I've had. Calzones done right.

The pizza used to be pretty good here years ago 8/10. It has been absolutely terrible the last few years. Day and night difference. They have different workers the last two years or so not sure if this is the reason why it is so bad. Been there many many times recently and it will be my last. Not sure if the owner of Franks actually goes to this place and tests it but it is so so so so so bad. Like very very bad. Also touching customers pizza with your bare hands after touching your nose and peoples money and cards is not ideal. Some common sense can be applied.

The pizza at Frank's is really good. We also ordered slightly "off" menu by requesting the bread on our cheesesteaks as garlic bread. They did this without hesitation for only a couple more dollars. They turned out delicious!

MANAGER SPITS ON FOOD!!!!! First day on the job was my last. Worked there for less than an hour before I saw the manager literally spit on a pie after taking it out of the oven. This place should be shut down. That’s absolutely disgusting. Do not eat at Franks.
