I just used a Neverland Bake Shoppe for my daughter's Fiesta themed birthday party this past Sunday. This isn't my first it's my third time using this bakery! Not only are the cakes beautiful and simply the best I've tasted, the owner is very professional and responsive as well. The owner delivers the cakes right where I need it to be so that's one less headache for me to worry about! The cakes always make for a conversation piece at my events! I highly recommend Neverland Bake Shoppe!

Today is my daughters first birthday. I placed an order with a bakery that was highly recommend in this group. Neverland bake shop. I ordered a cake and cake pops. Well, the delivery came over 2 hours late. The owner was completely unreachable via phone after a certain point. I couldn’t even contact her. Finally I get an email saying I was refunded half and her apologies Then when I do get the order it’s WRONG. It’s not the picture I sent. The cake pops were not individually wrapped like promised. The cake doesn’t even say happy birthday. I am beyond upset and am posting this so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I emailed her again telling her and to no surprise I get no answer via email or phone. I am so disappointed and upset. I am usually so nice and give people the benefit of the doubt but the lack of respect and poor business management is unreal. Please don’t let what happen to me happen to you. Do not use this bakery. AND HER NAME IS SPELLED WRONG. I CANT EVEN.

Lisa did a great job with custom cookies for our Route 66/Sports Car themed birthday celebration. They came so cute and were tasty soft baked cookies, with icing just sweet enough to enhance their flavor even more. Thank you!
