First time coming here and honestly the food came out lukewarm and lacking flavor. Ordered Mac and cheese and seemed like the pasta still had water at the bottom. Calamari was good but again lukewarm. The steak was pretty good and the dessert was okay.
Our server was fantastic though, she was informative, sweet, and attentive. We most likely will return because we did enjoy the atmosphere.

We had a wonderful time last night at The Beacon with friends listening to The Jersey Sound Band. The atmosphere was top-notch, the food and service was fantastic, Trevor the manager came by our table a few times to make sure everything was perfect and it was!

I LOVE this place. The food, the service, the ambiance can't be beat. There are many wonderful restaurants around Lake Hopatcong, but this is one that I've eaten at twice in one day. It is on the expensive side, but happy hour specials help with affordability. Their burgers are well seasoned and melt in your mouth. There isn't an item on the brunch menu I haven't enjoyed. Their new menu is delicious! I've tried both risottos - yum! The fettuccine odine...
