Went with a party of 5. My entree was never ordered so as everyone was eating it took a while for the waitress to come over to eventually realize she never ordered my food. Manager came by and I told him about it and his response was well were you still able to eat with your family? At that point it wasn't even worth the conversation with that response from him. Kind of explains why the restaurant wasn't that busy on a Saturday evening. I guess that's what you have to expect from a manager like him. Looks like that applebees is going down hill. Waitress came by at the end of our meal not during and never even noticed empty glasses to ask if we wanted refills we had to ask her to do it. Maybe with a new manager the restaurant can be saved not the one that was there Saturday night

Brough 4 generations, ages 3-94 to Applebee's to celebrate our 94 year old Korean War vet, on veterans day. I truly thank Applebee's as a corporation for celebrating, our veterans. They had a special menu that our veteran could choose a free meal from. We had great service from Chris, checked on a few times by other team members. The only reason I gave 3 stars for food, was the kids menu. It was just eh, ok. It was a really special day, hope to do it again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to Applebee’s many times, but I’ve never been greeted so quickly or served so efficiently in my life! Kaitlin went above and beyond. Her friendliness and constant smile made the experience truly enjoyable. The food arrived fast and piping hot, which is honestly unusual, and everything was perfect. Exceptional service like hers is rare, and I will absolutely be coming back. Not just for the food, but to be served by Kaitlin again. Highly recommend!

Server Anthony was very efficient and manager Brian stopped at the table to see how everything was and we had a nice discussion. They have a lunch special for $10.99 including drink and several entrées. It can’t be beat plus the atmosphere is very conducive to the local area, depicting pictures of all of the local schools and first responders. So stop into the Applebee’s on Route 9 in Howell for a fantastic experience.

The best Applebees location in the area. Food is always amazing, takeout is super easy & quick & the employees are always so friendly.
So today I went to take out from Applebee's I can't believe that one time many years ago this was one of my favorite restaurants price was right food was good the atmosphere was awesome now I think this is going to be the last time I ever go to Applebee's the food is horrible, expensive bland tasting small portions I can't believe how horrible they become all I can say is never again 😞
