We went on a Sunday when a game was on and there were 15 people tops. My son did not even eat his cheeseburger (never happens) because it tasted like rubber. The wings (and all food) are way overpriced. I asked for 5 wings with sauce then changed my mind and asked for 10 but 5 to be with no sauce and instead of charging me for 10 wings they charged for 2 orders of 5 wings. Makes no sense.

Unfortunatley this place has gone down hill alot since it first opened. We went there on a saturday night and it was empty. We went in strictly for nachos. The place was empty but it our server was running around very busy and it took a while to get our check. The nachos were over over salted to the point it was inedible and the cheese was not melted. I always take home my leftovers but not today. Who doesnt melt cheese on nachos?

We came in last night with a party of 7 which yes in most circumstances can be a lot, but not when we are sat down in an area where only 3 other tables are occupied. We ordered drinks and all but mine came out and about 10 minutes later the waitress brought out my fountain drink, which is like, come on now. then when we ordered entrees, they brought all out but my own and when i asked where mine was, they said, "oh what did you get?" Well you should know if you wrote it down, correct? then came back 10 minutes later to lie to us and say they accidentally "gave to the wrong table" which is a lie since when the receipt cake out it didnt even state that i ordered chips rather than fries with the sandwich. we couldnt find our waitress for 40 minutes upon a time only to find that she was hanging out in the back rather than going around asking people how things were or taking out piles of plates that were sitting, asking for refills etc. Then when we get dessert they dont give enough spoons nor was anyone around to ask, so basically another table member and myself had to share a spoon. They gave us the bill and charged for the chicken sandwich when they said they wouldnt and we had to get up to track them down just to remind them. All in all the food itself was good, service was absolutely atrocious. The one on rt 18 is phenomenal I cant recommend it enough. This one...yeah this one is atrocious.

Nashville hot chicken sandwich was dripping in oil and extremely salty to where I could only manage 2 bites. Told my waitress Alex, it was slightly too oily and very salty for me and she seemed to have an attitude for the rest of the time of us being her table before we received our check. Not worth coming here again, save your money.

If I was here to watch a game and not be disturbed this would probably be a five star experience. However, I was actually here to do what most people do when they sit at a place that serves food, which was eat. Ten minutes after we were seated, our server came by for the first time, took our drink order and ran off before we could say we were ready to order food. A short(er) while later, the drinks arrived and the server finally came back to see if we wanted to order. The Big Pretzel came first , a little on the doughy side, but not horrible. Ordered the traditional wings, which were a huge step up from what I've been seeing at Buffalo Wild Wings recently (and served hot, unlike BWW, where they seem to get to the table cold the last few years). The Mrs had a burger, that was ok, but could have used more than the small dash of mayo that was on it. Ordered another drink and water but never saw the server with it. After ten minutes or so the bartender stopped by our table to see if we needed anything and I had to re-order my drink and a water, which came quickly but still wondered where the last ones requested went. Only time the server appeared again was after we were done. The food was ok enough to maybe try them again at the bar, but can't see ever going here again for table service.
We were passing through the area and stopped for dinner. Everything was very good and service was excellent as well. We loved the multiple options for sides. The chicken noodle soup was fantastic.

Arooga's exceeded my expectations in every way! The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, and the food was outstanding. Their menu offers a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes. I particularly enjoyed their wings. The service was top-notch, Dawn was my waitress, she was kind and patient with us making the experience so much better! the rest of the staff was attentive and friendly as well. Arooga's is definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a great time and delicious food.

Awesome atmosphere, especially on College GameDay. Everything is a bit on the expensive side, but with how the economy is it makes sense. Waitress was nice. Definitely will be coming back to try some more food I didn't get a chance to try today.

Had to ask multiple times for things bc the bartender would just walk off and do something else instead of getting a round of drinks, to go box, etc. We couldn't figure out why the place was mostly empty on a Sat night.....now we know. Should have listened to the review where they said the place is "buttcheeks". Lmfao
