Shame on BJs!!!!! This morning while trying to make a purchase, one of their employees pushed their body against my child to get them out of their way. Mind you, my child is a minor! My child didn’t tell me right away (my back was turned as it happened) but as soon as they did, I went back to the store to speak to the manager. The manager’s excuse was “that’s just how that employee is”. And he would just have a talk with said employee if surveillance shows this employee doing it. Right, because a kid would just randomly act like that happened? So this behavior is acceptable?! Pushing against your customers?! Disgusting! Ontop of that, they charged my bank account multiple times (a large purchase) but because it didn’t go through according to their computers, I “never actually paid for said items”. I put my bank on speaker whom explained to them that they charged me three times and the charges are not going to be dropped. Yet their claim was that mysteriously MY bank had it wrong! They claim if my account gets charged they’ll refund me the three charges, but based on how they handled the situation with my child I tend to doubt they’ll be helpful!

It was busy but I got in and out with no issues. Employees were very helpful. Antiviral wipes given when entering.

It's amazing how they eliminate all there cashiers and put all the work on the shopper! The place was pack with extremely long check out lines but yet NO employees insight with 4 blinking help lights on the checkout registers. Thank you for sending us to Costco from here on in.
