Coffee is the worst ive ever had, tastes like water with saw dust in it. 2.99 for the coffee, bagels are hit or miss.

Glad i only work 2 doors down this spot, and i get to enjoy their bagels & smoothies whenever i want to. They make the most delicious and fruitiest protein smoothies that keep me full for a while.. Highly recommended !!!

I’ve kept the original review because it sets the stage for the response… which is what matters! Keep in mind we all have things we can’t control but how we responded to those that we can… is what makes the difference. ——— Original review: Poor service recovery. I don’t usually write poor reviews but had to share a poor experience. Was pressed for time secondary to work obligations… but wanted to get a Sunday morning treat for my family. Thus I ordered and pre-paid online via Google / Clover., arrived and order was not ready… busy Sunday morning… okay… I can understand… walk-in orders appeared to be completed first... okay… I can understand and appreciate customer loyalty. After waiting 30 Minutes… was subsequently told my order could not be completed because they were out of plain bagels. Now… I fully comprehend the potential issues of a neighborhood bagel joint on a busy Sunday morning… so okay. Nevertheless, when I asked what were my options for service recovery as a consumer… I was told in a matter-of-fact way that my order could be cancelled. Absolutely no service recovery attempts for current or future purchases. Needless to say, it was dissatisfying that I had anxiously waited (for what is typically great food), but when my prepaid order could not be completed and subsequently, I was not afforded any appreciation as a customer. Just needed to share… I will likely go back… but for now this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. So online customers beware! —— Addendum: I originally posted the above noted review based on what at the time was poor online purchase customer satisfaction and not quality of food!
It was based on what at the time I perceived to be a poor customer experience.
That having been said … I would like to set it straight and call it as it is!
Within 15 minutes of posting the review… I received a personal call from one of the owners (Eddie) to express his understanding of my frustrations.
Now that speaks VOLUMES to the QUALITY, INTEGRITY and OVERALL CUSTOMER APPRECIATION of any businesses… truly working towards a CULTURE of EXCELLENCE !
I would urge you all to give this place a visit… I encourage you to try the Pork-roll, bacon, egg and extra cheese with salt, pepper and little ketchup… just check ahead to make sure they have the bagel of your choice… LOL :)

The Bagel Joint in Howell (Ramtown) has the best bagels. Sesame and poppy seed bagels are my personal favorite. I recently had the pleasure of trying their double chocolate chip muffin. Absolutely heavenly with a perfect crusty top!!
