The are the best bagels!! I ordered 3 dozen to bring to an event a few weeks ago and EVERYONE kept asking where they were from!!! They stayed fresh and tasted delicious.. now I’m craving one and will probably stop by in the morning :)

I frequented this business pretty regularly. Every couple weeks we would get breakfast sandwiches for the house. We also use the app, too good to go, and send family and friends from out of town home with dozens of bagels when they visit, or pick up when we are going out of town as well.Today, having family and friends coming in, we made the usual order on the app for 2 dozen bagels. Had to pick up after 1 pm. Proceed to get an order from everybody in the house of what they wanted to eat hot and fresh off the grill, and arrive almost exactly at 1 pm. To find the door locked.The lady comes over and informs me that they are closed early, and yet, the door says 2 pm, google says 2 pm, and they schedule their pickup time between 1-2 pm on the app. So everybody in my house sat for an hour and a half waiting for the scheduled pick up time, but for them to say drop the ball in communicating effectively with the public.Nothing worse than wasted time, especially on a hectic holiday. Great food. I’ll go there for the house. But won’t be depending on anything outside of that going forward.EDIT:To clarify the claim that you were out of bagels but offered muffins, that is 100% false. We were offered nothing and told that I needed to use the app to get a refund for the order.

The Bagel Joint is a great little shop in the Ramtown section of Howell. They offer a wide variety of bagels, always fresh and delicious. I've had their pork roll, egg, and cheese on a hard roll and it was delicious, as well. And their generous donations to Liberty Haven Farm, a nonprofit sanctuary for farm animals, is so very much appreciated. Gina and her staff are the best. Great bagels, great business!!

Visited here while I was in the area getting my nails done. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich & it was excellent. So fresh! I'll be making this a regular visit when I get my nails done. Excited to try a bagel now too!
This place is THE BEST. Far better than any of its nearby competitors (Manhattan Bagel, Big City, etc.). Their bagels are super fresh, and everything about their breakfast sandwiches are amazing. Customer service is also through the roof, the staff made an extra sandwich and offered it to me instead of throwing it out! This place is the definition of a 5 star establishment.

I had seen this spot on Instagram and had been wanting to visit. Upon arriving, I didn't receive much of a welcome. I got a variety of bagels to take home. The woman behind the counter who grabbed my bagels for me didn't use to tongs, gloves or paper to get them, just her bare hands. I'm just going to assume for my own sanity that she washed them. The bag that she put them in tote as she rolled the top down and she didn't bother to get another bag to put them in. I thought it'd be okay, but it kept tearing on the drive home and I had seasoning/sesame seeds all over my car. The bagels are on the thinner side, the flavor was good though, but not my favorite. And the experience is barring me from giving them another go.
