This is the worst Chick Fil A I’ve ever had the displeasure of visiting. I placed my order through their mobile ordering system and because of an issue with their computers, there had been a delay in me receiving my food which ultimately lead to me being late for work. When I asked for a lemonade since there was a discrepancy in my order, the manager Donna shouted “NO” and basically told me to keep it moving… Isn’t Chick Fil A supposed to be known for 5 star customer service? Yeah. Not this one. Highly Highly Disappointed.

They chanced their ice tea so I do not order it anymore. It is bitter now. When it wasn't bitter, I purchased it every time I ordered. Even just the tea by its self.

No matter what time I come here to eat the French Fries are always soft and soggy. Not one time have they tasted fresh and crispy. I dont understand how this happens they are always busy. They must be pulling the fries to early.

I have to tell you my orders are always big when I go hear from the campground because I end up with a list for several folks. And this is the only Chick-fil-A that I didn't have to pull through and wait in a parking spot. Never ever not once in 2 years have I had to wait for anything. They have the friendliest staff inside and outside. Everyone says hello and really put effort into making your experience a positive one. AND ONE MORE BIG BIG THING..... THEY HAVE NEVER EVER EVER MADE A MISTAKE ON ANY ORDER.... RIGHT DOWN TO THE SAUCES, KETCHUP, STRAWS AND NAPKINS. It's only letting me select one option but we have dined in and gone through the drive up. Kudos to the staff!!!!

Why is it 845 pm and the whole outside isn't even lit up ? Are we saving on electric? I had to sit thereto see if anyone was going in, out or through the drive thru and then had to google to see what time they closed just to make sure it wasn't closed thinking maybe this one closes earlier then normal
