I decided to get a burrito for the first time in awhile (not loaded) and the moment I go to take a bite everything fell all inside my car. Hell for the price of the food if the worker can clearly see it not properly wrapped there should be no issue double wrapping it. The foods good don’t get me wrong but if you mainly sell burritos and bowls all day everyday then it should at least be done right.
I visited this Chipotle today and had a disappointing experience. The person on the line wasn’t outright rude, but was sarcastic and acted as if I couldn’t understand English—simply because I’m Hispanic. I speak English perfectly well, and the attitude was unnecessary and disrespectful.
It felt unprofessional and made the interaction uncomfortable. A place that serves Mexican food should not treat Hispanic customers as if they are less capable.
I hope management addresses this so every customer feels respected and valued.
The kid working register tried to charge me twice for my order even though I showed him I was already charged on my credit card, then when I was eating I found a short thick hair fried into one of my chips. Absolutely disgusting! Will never go back and will make sure everyone I know hears about this awful experience.

I didn't realize until my last visit that the food is not made on site, instead it is heated in plastic bags and then poured into containers for service. Even so, meats were dried out and flavorless. Cleanliness of this location is in decline.

Be very careful when checking out . I was charged almost $13 for ONE single taco!!!!! They will try to overcharge you ! Hair in food
They are digital only so no cash no ordering in person. When you order with the app it's all wrong.

Dont ever go there after 5pm, its a bunch of kids on their phones hanging out and talking, not working. You will wait 20 minutes
Sloppy and poorly done. Idk how they normally cut the carne asada, but the chunks were huge. My chips, the whole bag was stale. Not to mention, there was a bunch of stuff in my bowl that didn’t go in there, like enough chicken for a half portion of something else and fajita veggies, but not enough to constitute it being a deliberate they just effed it up .
I’m almost positive they made my bowl blindfolded and threw the lid on it.
Nice place!
They were closed before their normal close time at 11pm. And nobody was answering the door

One of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to the staff is rude (not all) but most, place is filthy food is not cooked right you tell the line worker what you want on your bowl they do the opposite and when you call them out they give you an attitude like they’re doing you a favor by serving you several times I got there two hours before they close and they are already closing up half of the food items are not there that location needs a really good manager to come and save the place.

I stopped by on the last day of our trip to America. I spoke in broken English, but I was glad that they made it so carefully. Thank you for the wonderful memories at the end.

Inedible 🤢 got a bowl with brown rice and the rice was hard as a rock and crunchy. I’m not talking 1-2 pieces. I’m talking the entire bowls worth of rice. Such a waste of $. Straight in the garbage 🗑️
