I got a bowl, finished it before my friends even got to sit down next to me. This guy gave me a big ol pile of nothing in there. A few bites and it was gone. It was probably like 2 bucks per bite. Bouta head over to Taco Bell and get more food for half the price and watch some Dexter. This place is buns. Chipotle just lost a customer.

Waited 15 mins in line. Mess from prior guest left on table; no employees ever cane out to clean. I managed a restaurant; have team walk the floor in intervals to make sure place is clean. People won't mind waiting. Enployees were having fun, which is great for morale; just make sure you run a tight ship at the same time.

I come to this chipotle quite often and am usually satisfied with everything but recently I have been very disappointed. I’m not sure if she is a new hire but there is a young lady that works the register that really needs to get her act together. I’ve gone a couple nights and she had been working, both times there was a line and she did nothing to help because she was too busy talking to a guy. Once I finally get to the register to pay she has no idea what’s happening and what order is even mine even though she should be paying attention and maybe helping the line so I don’t have to sit there for 30 minutes waiting because she couldn’t stop talking to some guys. I’ve been there twice now and she is talked to a different guy each time. Someone needs to tell her she’s working and not out going on dates. I’m also highly disappointed in the food, there was barely any rice or pico or fajitas or queso. The guy had to give me the smallest portions ever and no one was getting him anything or helping whatsoever. Usually a big fan of this place but extremely disappointed recently.

It was so cold in the restaurant that I started to shiver. Please monitor the temp in your restaurants. One upside was the food was fresh and delicious.

Absurdly dirty restaurant with spilled food everywhere. Orders are guaranteed to be wrong and missing items. They put the worst workers you can find in the to go area and so your order will always be late. Even if you are standing there and they aren't working on any other order, they leave you to wait.Thete are real and genuine Mexican restaurants that you can and should choose.

to who it may concern i went to your restaurant today12/2/24 at 3;12 PM I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS restaurant again it is so dirty the lobby food on the floor dirty tables the soda machine was discusting the kitchen was so dirty the hand sink dirty this is food that we eat u need to sit down with your manager and employees to clean up this place it is so unsanitary if your sale are down i can understand why this was my first time and the last time i wll ever walk in this restaurant again
