My girlfriend and I came here tonight and were probably met with the worst service, when usually it’s really good, the older girl audibly groaned at my girlfriend when she wanted a lid. Along with that I asked for cookie dough with hot fudge where my order was given without the hot fudge and my cookie dough ice cream tasted like peanuts from either the wrong flavor or a not rinsed scooper, when I’m ALLERGIC to peanuts, luckily my epipen was close. Overall a terrible experience, never coming on a Sunday night again.

This is the cutest ice cream shop. I have only purchased cakes (beautifully decorated), saucers and frozen cups. They were all delicious! The workers are extremely pleasant and friendly. I can't wait to go back! It's a good thing they are 40 minutes away from where I live or I'd be there way too often.

Hello, I’m giving this ice cream shop 1 star. They recently did not do right by my family. The cake we ordered was incorrect. The sheet they showed me in person for my order was correct. They messed up. They did not reply to our message or comment. While there in person explaining the issue we got an excuse instead of help which is confusing because the order form was right there. We’ve been active customers since moving here, but we can longer support a business that has shown us their true colors. They did not care about us, the cake or our toddlers day. I did not argue, paid in full and that will be that. I do not need a response now from the business weeks later. I’d hate for this to happen to anyone else so I’m leaving this review. It’s upsetting to leave this review, but it’s even more upsetting what we got and how it was handled.

I really love their ice cream! I get excited every time in in Ramtown!! They usually have good staff but today they had a really lazy depressed staff. Other then that I'm really impressed. I recommend this place ?

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday, and I was blown away with the creativity of the decorator, and beyond happy with the result!!!!!!! Great ice cream cake, wonderful decorator, will absolutely order from them again!!!!!
Had a wonderful experience tonight at Twist Ice Cream Shop! Emilia was wonderful! She was so busy and gave excellent service with a smile! She was immaculate and was hustling! She restored my hope in the service industry! Bravo to local business for hiring a great employee!

Worst strawberry shake I ever had!! Tasted way to sweet and was like drinking water. And i was not happy with my server's addattude , Revisited the ice cream shop gave it a second chance got a ice cream malt shake made from hard ice cream was much better spoke with the owner she was very kind and apologetic about the problem we had the first time.

Went there for a strawberry shake we ordered 2. 1 extra thick and 1reg...they were the exact same consistency ,I asked the lady why mine was the same ,she said that's how they are made.., ,so why was i being charge more for the same consistency as my friends .After that she re did it 3 times ,she threw it on the counter and walked away...not even a sorry or anything ,as i said thank you and walked out.. It was the sweetest shake i ever had finished half and tossed it out .Never going back again.

I've lived in Ramtown almost 20 years and Twists has been here since the beginning. It's a local landmark IMO. Service is always good and I've never had bad ice cream. I think the quirky pricing is fun to try and figure out too.
