Got the order wrong, again!! Then I get an attitude for letting them know. You would think I would get an apology for getting the order wrong! No customer service!! The place is a mess inside and dirty! it's obvious there is
no manager working there!

Don’t try to go inside and order anything, like if your truck is too tall for the drive thru. I just stood at the counter and had 5 different people stare at me and then walk the other way. I stood there like an idiot for 5 minutes before I turned around and walked out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD. Maybe I’ll call corporate about this location bc the other ones aren’t all like that.

The bathroom was dirty and the common area was a mess. Also, there were napkins, no toilet paper, and no paper towels , but there was plenty all over the floors.. And No Gluten free items offered. I will not be coming back with friends.

Came to this location to grab a few munchkins and a coffee before my sons football game. Should have been a quick process. But staff was more concerned in my view with helping other people an not recognizing the order of which people came in. I also asked for a mix of munchkins. In which they gave me mostly pumpkin munchkins. This maybe a decent location. But my experience was very much unsatisfactory.

There’s always a bit of a line at Dunkin’s but I’ve never before gone through a drive through and been told to park after paying because they needed time to make it and get it to me. They did that with everyone and it was chaos. With workers not knowing who ordered what and no receipt…long and annoying. I would have pulled out without paying had they done it like they should have as I had a hungry baby screaming.
