This is by far the best Dunkin I have ever been to. They are friendly and every order is perfect . It's extremely clean inside . It's worth driving from the town I live in to go to Howell . You can tell every employee truly works hard and are very professional. Absolutely an outstanding place . I have even placed large orders for my co workers and every time it's perfect and fresh.
Don't ever go to this place they have people that can't chew gum and walk at the same time trying to make your order. Waited 15 minutes for two oyster coffees got fed up and

This Hass to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts to go to in the morning for coffee. I leave for work every day at 4:30 in the morning and nobody answers to drive through. When you pull around to the last window. The woman just gives you a nasty attitude doesn’t have a headset on never has any coffee made nothing I rely on this Dunkin’ Donuts because it’s so close to my house but instead I have to travel an extra 35 minutes out of my way. Horrible service since in the last 2 months

They never open on time they stop serving food whenever they feel like it and they never get my order right. Whats the point of being open longer then any other dunkin in the area if u dont stick to the hours and do whatever u want u might as well be closed maybe the employees would do a better job but i doubt it. No1 cares idk if this is a corporate or franchise store but someone needs to take responsibility.

Hours on website are posted that they open at 4am..Sunday morning I arrived at 4:45am. I wanted a hot tea a doughnut for my child..for later. She informed me me they only had 3 doughnuts and opened 15 mins ago. This is not the first time this location has disappointed. I will never return to this location again.

BEWARE ***BEWARE******Through the drive thru window I saw the server putting something in my son’s coffee that he did not order. I confronted the server and he admitted it. He gave me a new coffee. Contacted DD home office to file a complaint and they NEVER RESPONDED!!!!This is SERIOUS. They are putting stuff in the coffee that people are unaware of.I am contacting the FDA!!!!!!!
