Gabe, Gianna, and Maria are the best! From the moment you walk through the door, you are automatically greeted with a smile! Maria, Gianna, and Gabe know their REGULARS! (To be honest, they are the only ones who know how to make a GREAT cup of coffee, and just seeing them makes my day.) I truly appreciate their enthusiasm and positive energy as working the late afternoon/evening shift is not easy; yet, they all do it with such ease and grace. Gabe, Gianna, and Maria are consistently so friendly, so accommodating, so kind; they are by far your best Dunkin employees! I truly appreciate all that they do! They are the TRUE gems within an otherwise lackluster Dunkin donuts.

Dietary restrictions: Hash browns and omelet bites are available for those who are gluten sensitive. Almond and Oat milk options for those who are lactose intolerant.

Service used to be really great up until last year. Now it’s so bad that I hate going there. There is this tall and heavy lady who is full of attitude, and who is nasty. she acts like she is doing you a favor by giving you your food and coffee. She purposely mess up your order even more when you ask her to correct your order. I asked her to make my coffee extra light - she didn’t make it that way so I politely asked her to add extra cream- she made a face and said I already did. She charged me extra for extra cream then why not make it right. She purposely put so much cream to correct it - I could barely taste the coffee. This happened multiple times. Unfortunately there are only two people working there and drive through line is so long. If you get her you know your order is not going to be correct. I used to look forward to my dunking coffee- not anymore. I will be going to local bagel place instead where I am welcomed with a smile and get my order right.
This girl should be fired.

I wish I had never picked this location this morning!!! Terrible customer service today!!! When the gentlemen work, there is always great service, friendly, and good coffee. Today, a young lady, terrible service!
Rude, she got the order wrong, and she had a big attitude. From now on, I will go to that other location 5 minutes away! What a shame,if only the management would know!

First I got stale bread, found out and had to hit TWO JUGHANDLES TO GET BACK HERE. They look at me like I’m dumb. They remade my toast but burnt it, am I supposed to kee complaining? $4 for bread MY WAY (foh)

I am leaving this complaint because this is the second time that I have actually received bad service from the manager at this location. The first time I went as I usually go, and since I am also a points member, I paid for a “Medium Iced Caramel Macchiato, a Medium Iced Chai Latte, two Donuts and a Stuffer Croissant and I decided to use one of the promotions they gave me for it. The 2 dollar discount on the filled croissant for the purchase of a drink, when I got to the window the cashier charged me normally but I didn't see the price change so I kindly asked for the receipt and asked why they are charging me something at a regular price if I have this coupon activated, she tells me that I didn't have it active that there was only the QR for the points, after talking she tells me to call the manager and I agreed when she passed by she explains the same thing to me that I don't have it active but in my application it says yes, then I decided to open another promotion in front of her showing her that when she activates it she sends me directly to the same place as the first, without further ado she closes the window and opens the register to give me the difference. After three days I decided to go to the same place and ordered “medium Iced Caramel Latte, Medium iced chai latte and a grilled cheese” when I got to the window while giving me the order I realized that my drink is not the same as the other time I asked the manager if it is normal for the chai latte to look the same as an iced coffee latte and she tells me that it is what you ordered, this time I did not ask for the receipt and I am fine while I am trying it I realize that my drink is not the same at all neither in flavor nor color therefore incorrectly they give me the same lousy service again and please kindly demand that my money be refunded at all and pay more attention to what they give people, and I am sending the photo of what they gave me with what was really what I had ordered

July 13, 2024 3:45 pm, I wanted to stop in and get a coffee, but the doors were locked, contrary to the hours in the Dunkin app. Considering my tour bus will not fit through the drive thru, I'll have to take my business elsewhere. (Note that I was alone, and the bus was empty).
