Holy crap, never coming back. I actually think I was scammed by the girl at the register. I asked for an espresso over ice, that I've gotten from probably 50 different Dunkins without a problem, so much so that I know the exact price. For some reason, my drink was 1.06 more expensive than usual. After she handed me my drink, another guy was there and I asked for my receipt. I heard her tell him, she already threw it away and to print another one. I started to drive away and saw that I was charged an extra $1 for "cup of water". So now I went inside. I was again ignored by the girl so I had to get her attention. I told her that she overcharged me and that I didn't get a cup of water. She then argued with me that because I asked for ice in my drink, she had to charge me for it and since ice wasn't an option in the register, she charged me for a cup of water. I honestly thought she was kidding until I saw the look on her face. She didn't give a crap. I brought in my drink and got a full refund. I honestly think she is stealing from people. Stay away! Or at least check your receipt if she gives it to you

Asked for a bacon and egg on a bagel no cheese and got bacon and cheese on a bagel. The guy taking my order cut me off almost immediately when I was ordering my drink and gave me the wrong one.

I was spoken to real rude from the lady who does cash register. She says her name is Suzan but I don’t believe that’s her name. She very racist she skipped me because I’m black and she helped everybody who wasn’t black when I was there 10 mins waiting for somebody to take my order. When she finally took my order she spoke me very rude and didn’t make my coffee with sugar or anything. She should be fired!

This location gives you stale donuts & bagels first thing in the morning & it's before 7a. This is the only location I have to run to the bathroom when I drink their frozen coffee. Hopefully when they have their inspection they will see they how much it's unhealthy.

Asked for less spread and extra bacon, but it seems like they did the opposite. Lots of spread and barely bacon. Took it back, and all they did was sprinkle some bacon on it.

This is the only Dunkin in a 20 mile radius that hasn't served me nasty coffee! All other places have bitter burnt tasting coffee none of them add the oat milk and all the other stores think if it's nasty more sugar helps but it doesnt!! This place is so busy all the time and I think it's because the coffee is actually great!!!

I order from this Dunkin very often and I understand they’re looking for new hires right now, but everything takes so very long and sometimes they close the inside of the store and only make drive through available—and if I had known this before I left home today and if they had turned off in-store pickup on the mobile app, I would have passed on coffee this morning :( the only option is a drive through line that stopped moving the moment I entered it. I hope they can find the staff they need, but closing the dining room and directing all traffic to drive through is not the solution.

The employees are so rude. As soon I walked in i got judgmental stares and was talked to rudely. When I received my drinks, my iced coffee gad no milk in it when ordered with milk, my matcha latte unmixed and all the powder was at the bottom. They need new management and employees, this is unacceptable.

Been going here for years. Never had a problem. Don't really understand the negative reviews. Crew is very nice and professional.If a customer does not have the patience to wait on a busy drive thru then stop complaining and make your own coffee.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. The drive through takes FOREVER regardless of whether you’re the only person in line or there’s 5 people ahead of you.
