Ingredients are good, but the cooking was not. Had a PEG on a Garlic bagel. Bagel was baked well, garlic wasn't over powering, but it needed to be toasted more, egg was undercooked, pork roll was also under cooked. The hash brown was overcooked in dirty oil.
That being said, the bagels are soft and fluffy. The subs are good, the specialty cream cheese is good.

Just had bagels from this shop and they are fantastic. Also found it interesting that they are larger than normal bagels. The Bacon Cream Cheese was fantastic. Highly recommend picking up a dozen.

The owner and staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The Bagels and wraps are as good as you will find anywhere else . The multi grain bagel is the best I've ever had, and I grew up and taught in NYC. Give them a try; you will not be disappointed.
