The pizza here is by far the worst I’ve ever had . The taste is awful . Just bad quality and the service is even worse . I don’t recommend this place at all and I suggest you find another spot to eat because I work hard for my money and this place was a rip off to begin with and not satisfying at all . Go anywhere but here unless you want to be disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a joke. Pizza should be crispy, not a cheese mess. It wasn't cut properly either. Tomatoes sauce is super watery

The food here was great though I felt the service was what I will describe as awkward. The people working the front desk seemed very informal, taking my order and walking away even though I was ready to pay. Instead I had to ask to pay, which they then told me if I wanted I can pay at the end (yes I understand that, but by asking to pay I clearly wanted to do it then as a show of good will and to get it over with; I like paying first so I can eat in peace). It is kind of the place where they ask what you want and then expect you to leave.
As for the actual food, I will say the grandma pizza tasted amazing. It was arguably one of the best I have had, and I have been to pizza places all over the state. The price was not terrible, as it was around $3.50 a slice or so.
Based on these things, I think a 4 star review is in order (I would give 4.5 stars if possible). The food was amazing and I can deal with awkward service. I would recommend this location based on the food alone.

Paid $54 for 1 cheesesteak and a pasta meal. The cheesesteak tasted like SOAP! My son and I were disgusted ?. We called to get our money back but were told there was nothing they could do because we ordered from Slice. Now we must find something else for us to eat and pay again. A complete disappointment!

The food was excellent! Tasted great, and wasn’t expensive. We ordered a pepperoni pizza to share, a hamburger, spaghetti with meatballs, and garlic knots. It’s also very close to ClimbZone, so it’s a great post-climb lunch!

I've been a Luigi's customer for over 10yrs easy and recently the food quality is going down before they had the best wings ever nice and spicy and crunchy the last 2 times I order just blah and the pizza is half cooked now I don't know if it's new management or wow but they have lost a loyal dedicated customer ....I wanted to upload a pic of the last pizza I ordered ...the toppings literally slide off and it was watery due to the fact it was under cook ...very poor attention to detail...if it's undercooked put it back in the oven how hard is that 🤷🏾♂️Very disappointed..I use to LOVE Luigi's but not anymore
