I wish I should rate it 0 stars , I’ve waiting 30 mins just to get my food. I’ve went up and tell the order number two times and still did not get the order. We go up to the cashier and ask for a refund. Do not go here ever!

I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience I had at this McDonald’s location.
I placed and paid for my order before 11:00 AM specifically to receive breakfast items. However, when I arrived at the window, I was informed that because it was now after 11:00 AM, they could not give me my order at all — despite the fact that my order was already placed and fully paid for. As a result, I wasted $43 and received nothing that I originally ordered.
To make matters worse, the employee assisting me at the window was very rude and unprofessional while explaining this. When I called and asked to speak with a manager, her attitude was dismissive and she did not seem to care about the situation or offer any real solution. I was left feeling completely ignored and disrespected as a customer.
This entire experience was unacceptable. I paid for food that I never received, was treated rudely by staff, and received no support from management. I hope this does not happen to other customers.

They are now charging for sauce. It costs Mcdonalds less than 2 cents per package. How greedy can you be? When is enough enought?

I am very satisfied with this McDonald’s. In my opinion, it’s one of the best in the area. The service is always good, the food tastes much better compared to other McDonald’s nearby, and everything is prepared very quickly. For me, everything here is excellent – I’ve never had a single issue. Highly recommend!

Not happy, The hours for Saturday 1 AM I get to the drive-through it’s 1245 on a Saturday. They already had the lights turned on in the store and they’re hanging around doing nothing. Please stay open till 1 AM. People do get home from work late and they want to eat something.!!!

the man at the window, the one with tattoos, i believe a diamond on his neck, was so, so rude. we pulled up to the window and we tried to pay, he yelled at us and said that it was only cash and that he had said it “five times”, but he never told us it was only cash. then rudely got on the headset and said ‘i told this guy like four times that it was only cash’ and when we said okay we’ll just go inside, he sighed and told us to do so. so rude, i hope you never put him at the window again.
