I went into the PF about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and asked for 7 pretzel dogs. I was half expecting them to apologize and to tell me they were out for the night, but instead he told me no problem.
What really impressed me was when he checked on the few that were ready, he told me they were rock hard so he’d need to make me fresh ones if I could wait 15 minutes. I had time so I didn’t mind waiting, and honestly really appreciated he was honest that what was already left weren’t any good. I feel like many places would have just gave me the hard pretzels in an effort to get out of there so they could close.
Instead of being turned away or given old pretzels, I walked out with fresh pretzel dogs and was quite happy. I’ll be back again!

Just got my platter for superbowl. They killed it! These people don't get enough credit. They were efficient and fast. Shout out to the cashier with the red shades who was working so hard getting the orders and giving out the orders as they were freshly out of the oven. Chris you're the man. Thank you again and go birds!🦅

Salesman who travels all over PA, NJ and Delaware. This is the worst Philly Pretel Factory store I've ever been to. First, its the most expensive store, 10 pretzels for $12, most places are $8 for 10. Second, they taste horrible, whatever they do here, its not the same as other places. Third, they sell yesterdays pretzels reheated but they mix them in with todays. I've reheated enough pretzels to know what they feel and taste like, I bought 10, got 2 single pretzels in bag, both 1 day old.

Came in today and Lisa working behind the counter was extremely friendly, professional and helpful with the process. Helped with a selection and provided immaculate customer service and presented great decorum in helping with a selection of a snack. Cinnamon Pretzel Bites were sensational! Highly recommend !

This place never lets me down!! Every employee I’ve ever met is so kind and helpful not to mention the pretzels are always cooked perfectly and are delicious!!
I haven't been to this place in years but since lastnight I wanted a soft hot pretzel and I'm glad I finally listened to myself ! The place is clean and the two female employees that helped me were Sweet , Professional and had Great Personalities !! I got home and tore into the pretzels like an animal they were warm , soft and delicious !5 stars all the way

Solid pretzels. Only complaint is that of the many times I've visited this place and purchased a bottled beverage with my pretzels, it has always tasted flat and the date of the beverage is expired. They need to do a better job keeping fresh drinks in stock.

My gf was there today earlier.. the pretzel bites were hard as a rock ..had to put them in microwave to get them soft.. 12 bites for $12.50 is ridiculous..pretzels were disgusting .. if I could I would gave it zero stars.. never go back there again...
