They picked the name because the sign only had room for nine letters and it looked like a little hut. Fast forward, they changed the game in the 90s with stuffed crust pizza, putting cheese right in the edges, and now its the biggest pizza chain out there with those classic red roofs and tons of locations worldwide. From the original pan pizza thats crispy on the outside and soft inside, to stuffed crust melts, thin and crispy options, or loaded ones like Meat Lovers piled high with meats or the Supreme with all the veggies and toppings, Pizza Hut always delivers that satisfying, indulgent vibe. I purchased pizza it was insanely greasy. Furthermore the way it goes from oven to box is too much. She cut it outside of box then threw in box and shook it so the pie would miraculously go back together again Not to mention poor attire

Please stop putting cinnamon sticks together with bread sticks and cheeses sticks I’m paying per order to be in individual boxes not for all the bread sticks to taste like cinnamon

Offered to go above and beyond for me because a coupon that was being offered was not taking through the app. Very impressed with his courteousness, professionalism, personableness, and skillset to put customers first if you want repeat business! Kudos to Dan. Because of him I will be returning for future business.

This place is a "never again" for me. I go inside to pick up my order and it's sitting on the counter, with the lid open and chicken sitting on the counter, all while the cashier standing in the corner, eating. He never washed his hands before serving me. Very gross and unprofessional. The food itself looked old and the toppings were dried out. I refused the food and walked out. Luckily, I didn't pay online.🤢🤮

Even without dining under the classic red roof, the experience was just as satisfying at home.
The pizza was fresh, hot, and with that signature cheesy goodness that Pizza Hut is known for. The crust was perfectly golden and crispy on the outside while staying soft on the inside—just the way we like it.
The toppings were generous, and the flavors were spot on. It felt like it had just come out of the oven when I took my first bite! Pair that with their tasty breadsticks and a side of marinara, and it made for the perfect meal.
Pizza Hut Jackson, you guys are awesome!

Not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from. First of all the place is completely overpriced for mediocre food. Second of all, why is there a delivery charge of you are using door dash to deliver food? They aren't even sending out driver's employed by pizza Hut. Even if they did, still why is there a delivery charge if it says "not a driver tip"? Then why have it at all? This place cost as much as a real pizzeria and a pizzeria does not charge delivery fee. Honestly Dominoes has the better price for also better food, even though they charge delivery fee too. I've gone in here several times to pickup as well and the order wasn't ready even though my phone told me it was. And the employees don't even acknowledge you when you walk in for several minutes. I would recommend saving the hassle and just ordering elsewhere.
