Rivoli's Grill and Chill

The food was just okay. The pizza marinara was stale but at least had a little bit of flavor. They put way too much ice in my drink, a total rip off. To boot, I overheard staff making misogynistic remarks about a woman. I will never return.

The staff seem to think they are something special. Well it's more like special needs! The owner also thinks he is something special but he is just a sorry, lonely little man who enjoys the company of children too much if you know what I mean.

It is not the same restaurant that I loved ! Menu downsized by two thirds.Choices very limited. The salad veggies were old.Pizza now called flat bread.

If there was a zero or 1/2, I would leave that as my review. The female bartender, I think her name is Monica, was so rude to my guest that we brought for dinner. We were regular customers there. We would go to the bar for drinks and dinner but-NO More! My guest did not like her tuna and when she told Monica, Monica argues with her in a very snobbish way, did not offer her anything else, and simply told my guest “that’s what you ordered. I wrote it down”. The food is nothing to argue with a guest over. Usually cold and over cooked like it sat for a while. We will not patronize this place again. Don’t waste your money. They need customer service training. This is the first and only restaurant review I have ever taken the time to write. The one bartender, Gary, was very hospitable. The experience with Monica was so bad we won’t go back.

I was watching Mystery Diner's staring this restaurant. The food looked quite bad and like a case for Gordon Ramsay. The staff including the owner made a pretty impolite and rude impression to me. I have not visited this restaurant and hopefully I will never have to, but the rudeness and the look of the food served made me want to put up a review here. If you don't believe me, find the Mystery Diner's episode I refer to and good luck :)

Great staff the food is ok but if you want Happy hour specials you can only sit in one area
