This shouldn't even be called a sonic. I grew up working at sonic in highschool and eating it. I love sonic but this isn't sonic. The food was terrible and the service was terrible.

The man who took my order was very friendly and patient with me. Even went back in for sauces with a smile. If it was closer to my house I'd probably go more than once every 3 years haha.
The Howell location on Route 9 is disgustingly dirty and rundown. Nothing like the utopian world in the commercial. The owners are rude and treat people terribly. As a Marine Corps veteran, career educator and Howell resident, I warn you to stay away from this place. It is the worse! I had to give it a 1 because it’s the lowest rating, but it would be 0’s across the board on this dump.

The building and grounds look condemned. That plus no customers, the place didn't even look open. Excruciatingly rude drive-through service (with the exception of the young man at the register). It's a shame all these complaints go to a corporate headquarters and not to the franchise owner. Not that it seems like they would care anyway ✌️ corporate should definitely look into who is representing them in this location - it's insulting to the brand and the customers.
The mozzarella sticks were a guilty pleasure on rare occasions, but I'll never go back. They weren't good, the sweet tea tasted moldy and the burger I got was soaked in liquid and soooo messy - gross! That's what I was served and he had the audacity to be rude about it ??

Crazy how they can never make food on their menu correctly. I ordered a NY dog, no changes or substitutions. Got a hot dog with sauerkraut, YELLOW mustard, and raw onions that were put in the steamer. Make it make sense??
