Drive through was pretty busy but the inside was lovely and quiet. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of room to sit at a table and enjoy your coffee. Right off the highway and sort of tucked off in the corner of the shopping center which was nice.

This new policy of asking drive thru customers to “drive back around again” if the order isn’t ready is unimaginably ridiculous. I’ve never encountered this in any sort of drive thru in my history. Will definitely be avoiding this Starbucks in the future.

As I went to drink my coffee this morning a DEAD FLY surfaced to the top. I am absolutely disgusted!! When I complained they asked if I wanted another one?!?! NO THANKS. Calling board of health and corporate.

This Starbucks is hit or miss. Long waits for mobile orders at times. Typically, I’ll do a mobile order and wait 10-15 minutes past the estimated time. Sometimes the drink is perfect, other times not. For example, today I ordered two drinks using the mobile app during my lunch break and the estimated time was 2:24 p.m. and the drinks were not ready till 2:38 p.m.

You need to ween out your drive through people. The one day I dealt with some dude, he had a nasty attitude , didn't like his job, and fixed that very rude lucky I was in a good mood
They are all wonderful at this Starbucks. They know me so they waited to fill my order double check

Same boy on register , is the same one making food with NO gloves , very unsanitary.
After reading other reviews I now understand why I keep having problems with this location, some of the staff are very rude for a customer service job. You have customers spending almost as much as you make in a hour for coffee / treats, kindness is free . When a customer orders a hot coffee at the window and asks for sugar on the side common sense would tell you give what was asked for and give a spoon or straw for stirring purposes.
But the staff member who worked the drive thru 4:50 on Feb 3 was condescending and just plain rude. Do your job and I wouldn't have to ask again for the items I did for the order.
My recommendation is to train staff on etiquette.
