I don't get Starbucks. My daughter got some fruity frozen thing. It's in a target. I like their Americano.

The coffee and employees were great! But it is upsetting that they no longer can advertise tipping especially during these hard times, it’s not fair to take away from the employees!

I was there close to 15 + min JUST TO ORDER... It was a joke. It was like the scheduled two people at the same time that were brand new. It was insane and the kicker was I was third in line. Truly I bet it was like 20+. The cashier talked and talked and talked about unnecessary things. I'm at Starbucks ALOT and this has to be the worse. The girl making the drinks was half asleep. Like seriously, I looked around to see if I was being pranked. If you have A lot of time, then go there. But, if you need to get out in a normal amount of time then stay far away.But then a girl came in, Erin she was like a God sent. She started working like a real Starbucks worker. She was pounding out those drinks like it was nothing. Erin alone gets 5 stars the rest need to be let go or more training.

Very slow and they serve very lukewarm hot coffee.
I initially went to the wrong pickup location. When I got to the right location, the young lady asked if I would like to have my drink remade without me asking since it was sitting for a while. I appreciated that.

This location never seems to hire enough folks for the demand, so while they're working extremely hard, it's difficult for 2 people to serve a line of 5+ with multiple drink orders.

Out of our normal drink, they recommended one that tasted “ the same” and it was awful. They didn’t offer to replace so we threw out their $5 recommendation and paid for a new drink. Starbucks customer service continues to decline… :(

Says online they close at 8 pm today, I go in at 645 and was told they’re closed.

Drinks lack flavor. Too lazy to get new syrup bottle. Never has any lids stoppers. $7 for 30 cent coffee.
