Our server, Emma, was extremely customer service oriented. She was friendly and pleasant. Our coffee arrived cold, brought it to the attention of the assistant manager, Brady, who immediately apologized and replaced with fresh hot coffee. Our displeasure was with the volume the music is played. Four(4) at a booth and could hardly hear one another.

Awful today. Waited all week to go have a birthday dinner for my mom . Ordered the prime rib as it’s always the best. This thing comes out and it was not edible at all. It was bright red like hot Cheetos color on the outside with a grey color inside. I have never seen a steak so disgusting in my life. We will never return to this place. Only saving grace was Alyssa our waitress was awesome. But whomever sent that steak out should be fired.

My waitress was fine. At the end I went to the restroom before leaving. When I returned to my table the busboy was already clearing the table and dumped my take home box in his garbage tray. He didn’t seem to understand why I would want to take my food home with me. He then got upset for not thanking him enough for his sub par service.
I’ll start by leading with the fact that this is actually my first negative review on google! You can see my last 20 + reviews were all positive experiences, because I generally don’t believe in leaving reviews after a negative experience because you just never know when someone’s having an off day. But, this was worthy of a note because I very modestly told the staff how horrible the bathroom smelled and how much it needed clean but nobody went in and took care of this during the hour and a half that followed my complaint. The smell was like dirty sewer water or something, really horrible — quite honestly the worst smelling bathroom I’ve ever been in.
Outside of that our waitress was very friendly and quick to refill drinks. Everyone’s meal was good with the exception of someone who ordered ribs that were pretty burnt. Overall this was our least favorite Texas road house we’ve ever been too. We were military and travel frequently so we’ve easily been to 15 +, and I’ve honestly always had really awesome experiences. I think that’s why I’m taking the time to leave feedback for this location — it’s subpar compared to the rest and I definitely wouldn’t return.

From the time we sat down , she went out of her way to give us the best experience and service. She was awesome.
