I placed an order, which usually any average order is not cheap and is always way over $100 dollars Well, after going to pick the food to come home and have a meal with your family, not only do you find that they messed up the order, but the taste was awful. I called and brought it to OWNERS' attention, and I expected to hear from him , "What can we do to make it better and expect to get a credit for the next order. To my surprise, I came to pick up the order and I was charged for the FULL ORDER. I reminded the owner aftr sitting there patiently waiting for he order over 30 minutes which I was shocked he came out with an attitude and unprofessional insulting behavior, he said you you will pay full, You should have returned the items that day to get the credit. WHAT???? he wanted the customer to drive back 20 minutes to return the items that they messed up and had a nasty taste ??????? I was shocked and appalled but mostly surprised by the way he treats customers. What a shame that they have now lost me as a customer and rest assured all the neighbors we share referrals. WE WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE THERE. This is a typical owner who only cares about making a quick buck and has no value for customers who support his business. DISGUSTING !!! I found a great Vietnamese place in Freehold GREAT FOOD, CLEAN PLACE, AND ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE "MISS SIAGON" !!!

The staff was so, so kind when we chose them to cater the celebration of life for my Chị Kylie. Everything was very well prepared, wrapped and labeled. They were incredibly considerate while talking through dietary needs, gave us cutlery and helped me load my car. Everyone loved the food.

My husband and I enjoy coming here for lunch. The service is always great! Food is delicious! My husband tried a new dish yesterday because the staff provided him with an IPAD with pictures of their dishes. He normally wouldn't have tried it but the picture sold him. I love the beef pad Thai and get that any chance I can. Orders are always perfect, staff is friendly and highly recommend. Cash discount.

Service was terrible, Ordered Pho no nothing with it nothing no basil, cilantro, bean sprouts mint. Had to get up and get my own napkins from another table.
Edit: I tried the Egg Noodle bowl with grill chicken for the first time today. I have one word... MAGICAL! I'll be craving this!!!
