Latest visit was dine-in, ordered via the mobile app. There was already a large crowd at the pickup counter when I arrived and I wound up waiting for half an hour, mostly out of curiosity after the first ten minutes, with everyone else.The employees were constantly busy, but it somehow failed to result in a completed order. Very disorganized, but after half an hour I was impressed by how they managed to work hard and accomplish not much.Had I not paid ahead of time I'd have walked out, like everyone waiting to place an order had.

The customer service here is horrendous! They are in a rush for what? I would totally get it I was being rude but I literally ordered three things. My double stack was as hard as a rock! I asked for a a couple sauces she said she could only give me one. I would have even paid for the extra sauce. It's just mind blowing to me every time I come here my experience is horrible.
