It makes no sense to wait over an hour for food every time. It’s never a quick in-and-out. Customer service is slow, rude, and honestly disappointing. Y’all can do better — that’s big facts.

Ordered via DoorDash from 12:43pm as of 3:55pm, the order has yet to be received. Contacted the restaurant and the lady who picked up said that the goat meat was not ready. By the way, the Dasher was there waiting (which is not fair for Dasher nor the customer). I get off work at 4pm and I missed my lunch. This is not the first time this has happened to me. If the order is not available just deny the order. Y’all need to do better. Check out how successful a business has been in business for many years. Horrible experience!

If you want these symptoms, Watery diarrhea all day and night with abdominal pain. This place is highly recommended. I ate there on two seperate occassions
The first I ordered amala with egusi and experienced these symptoms, second I ate white rice and stew and experienced the same symptoms even worse than the first time. I spent all day and night in the bathroom. I even missed my daily nap before work due to the constant bathroom trips resulting in lack of sleep and adequate rest before starting my shift. Now im working overnight shift without any rest at all. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE RETURN AND ORDER HERE. I DONT WANT TO DIE OF FOOD POISONING. Health is Wealth. MY HEALTH STATUS IS VERY OK. IVE EATEN AT MANY OTHER PLACES AND HAVEN'T EXPERIENCED SUCH. STAFF SHOULD PRACTICE HANDWASHING.BUYER BEWARE
A friend recommended and i decided to try it out. Best tasting Naija food I’ve had in the whole of NYC and NJ area. I ordered half pan of Efo riro, ayamase and goat stew. It was so delicious and the meal was very well packaged. I shall be back again and highly recommend

Our Experience at Adidun Cuisine
On a snowy afternoon with light showers, we made the trip from Philadelphia to visit Adidun Cuisine —a place that had been widely discussed. I was visiting from out of the country, and my friend, a Philadelphia local, was eager to show me the spot.
We both agreed that the flavors were rich and authentic—boldly spiced yet enjoyable. We ordered Amala with stew, gbegiri, ewedu, and assorted meats. However, some of the meats were too tough to chew, which took away from the overall experience. We were limited to goat meat only...no substitutes and this was not communicated in a friendly manner.
Our experience with the service left much to be desired. The owner was quite stern and not particularly welcoming when we inquired about why our food was only partially served and left open while they attended to other customers.
The way our meal was presented didn’t align with what we expected. Some components seemed incomplete or hastily arranged.
There was no access to a restroom, and the hand-washing setup was inconvenient—resembling a makeshift camping station where we had to scoop water from a bucket and dispense soap from a large dish.
Dirty plates were left on tables even after customers had finished their meals. Due to the limited seating space, new customers had to share tables with unclean dishes, creating an uncomfortable dining experience.
Upon arrival, we noticed that the floor was extremely slippery due to the snowy weather, yet no safety measures—such as caution signs or mats—were in place to prevent slips and falls.
While the food itself had great potential, the overall experience was diminished by the lack of attention to customer service, hygiene, and basic amenities. With a few improvements, Adidun Cuisine could truly live up to the hype.
