What can I say? They got the best chicken in Newark and Irvington. I mean it is always so crispy flavorful juicy and delicious. This is always my go to when I’m in the mood for some fried chicken. Popeyes could never.
Can you please have someone more friendly upfront taking orders and not speaking to customers like they’re disgusted. The bald headed guy talking to everyone like he owns the whole world and he does not. I understand you have over five stars but the customer service matters. And by you not showing it on gives the notion that you only care about the money and not customer service.
