I'm so disappointed with this pizza, they made so many excuses as to why the pizza arrived to me cold, and I don't mean just warm but cold cheese is solid, as if it stayed out all night I never had a problem with this pizza place, until today and the excuses that they made was ridiculous customer service is everything when you start to disappoint your customers they don't come back in the word gets out totally disappointedđŁđŁđŁđ

My boyfriend received two wrong slices , they were rude and unprofessional about their mistake! They told him âoh we didnât have the slices he wantedâ so thatâs means you just give him any random slices ? Unbelievable. Then the owner hung up on me .

Ordered an XL Pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks, a pepperoni and cheese calzone, and a MTN Dew with silverware. THE FOOD TOOK ALMOST 2HRS TO ARRIVE AND WE WERE 15 MIN AWAY FROM IT!! We had to call and ask them where are driver was cause we couldn't track them. I ordered food at 5:40 pm and it finally came ICE COLD at 7:20 pm with no plates and silverware. I paid $60 online to have horrible service and wait a ridiculous amount of time! The food got 3 stars cause the pizza and calzone were good when heated up but the mozzarella sticks weren't good at all. I would like to recommend anyone thinking of ordering not to! We traveled 5hrs to have a good meal only to be hungry most of the night and having to wait and wait for our food to arrive almost 2 hrs later. Also when the driver was asked by them how far away he was he informed them that he was 6 minutes away yet it still took him an additional 15 min to get to us. When we visit again this will not be an option for ordering.

Horrible people had me standing there i asked twice for my pizza and got ignored. Third person put new slices in but I already had slices pending and instead of asking who they belong to guess the man was thinking somebody wanted him instead of just giving my.food . Never wanted you or looked at you pretty boy but lack of service for a person waiting talking about somebody who wasn't coming back to work. Take care of your customers before gossiping aboit intercompany B.S. that doesnt matter whrn a person is hungry !!!!! Maybe that's why your employee is not coming back !!!!!

Use to really like this place but in the past like 2 years Ive seen decline. In food, service, and atmosphere. Some lady was there being verbally SA to the Owner and his staff and he just acted like nothing was wrong, they were laughing, a kid was crying, it was crazy! And the owner was mad at me for saying something to the lady, saying Police will deal with her, mind you they never came. Safety and comfort is super important so I will be eating elsewhere.

The food is good. But the service sucks I wanted a pizza delivery and the guy was so rude I went picked it up myself. When I got there he was nasty and rude in person. Don't know why he's still working there.
