WORST experience ever placed a order for two pies i was given someone else order when i call the store they just said for me to figure out with the driver that is not their fault how does that make sense, no type of solution just wash their hand

Been going here over 30 years first time pizza was horrible I always loved Bruno's thin slices this was ridiculous it was like paper thin and it wasn't greasy and oily what happened

Just lost a guaranteed order for at minimum 36 ppl/week. I called to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager available. I asked when they would be in because I wanted to make a large order, but I need to speak with a manager first.Seconds later a gentleman was put on the phone (I can hear the man saying to someone in the store "there's a lady on the line who wants to place a large order but asked for the manager") "Hello, how can I help you?" Oh, you're the manager?? The person who answered the phone just said you weren't there. Speaks over me, "Yeah, how can I help you?" ....Nevermind, I will no longer be placing an order.That interaction, means to me, that business with you will be problematic. I used to come to Bruno's all the time with my grandmother when we went to shop in Irvington Center. However, based on the reviews here and on other food delivery platforms, I wanted to speak with someone to discuss our agency needs. So I'll be looking for another local pizzeria to give this money to...
