Expensive- Disrespectful- I bought a $40 fish there I realized when I get home there was no plaintain I called them the next day because it was a bit late that night … to ask like was there no plaintain or did you guys made a mistake and gave me one that another client said no plaintain?! Boy they almost ripped my ear off the phone . 👋. You’ll lose a faithful client who spent 100’s of dollars over your lack of communication and understanding this is America I appreciate you making something that I can’t make I also deserve respect like I respect you. Goodbye!! This is why 🇭🇹 isn’t no more. No respect.

Edit: When I got home, I warmed the food up and ate it. After warming, the chicken WAS stewed, and was so flavorful.. Food was delicious!
I stopped here for my lunch while on route with my job. The customer service is good! The food was ok tho. I got a small stew chicken, and the chicken wasn’t really stewed. My was very cold, as if it has been in the fridge, but my rice and beans were fresh and hot. Wasn’t digging that. Also the chicken wasn’t as flavorful as I thought it was going to be. Wanted to give 5 stars because I support Black Business of all nations/ cultures, but serving me cold chicken is gets a bad review. Other than that, it was ok.

Since we moved to Jersey 2 years ago, whenever we wanted Haitian food we went to this place and the food was always good and well served. But today we had a very bad experience; no taste in the food even the pikliz was like coleslaw, the meat very dry. We ordered 3 different dishes, all were mixed. We were very disappointed and wasted our money.

Food is very good, i order griot with rice & peas , the only issue i have is for $15 they gave me no griot , I literally had 3 pieces of fat one piece of meat & one bone . I really don’t appreciate this at all yall need to do something bout that cause I basically paid for rice. In the picture I literally only ate one piece pf griot & thats whats left

I was very disappointed by the appalling customer service. As I was placing my order, the line suddenly went dead. The lady who picked up the phone treated me with such disrespect and hung up on me. I will not be giving them my business again, and I strongly advise others to order from other haitian restaurants in the area.
