That Irvington location is extremely slow.. I've waited 20 min on an order so I now order just coffee. When I do order the Chai it's always half full and watered down. I always complain but no changes made. I hate going to that location.
I like the seating..the view outside....the ATM......the donuts and the coffee the best…location and associates bravo
I have had one bad experience there once years ago with the Manager but I checked him and no problem since then. I go to the one on Springfield Ave at least 3 to 4 times a weeks and get my coffee before I go to work. It's alright with me. I use my DD card and get my reward points and I earn a free cup of coffee at least once sometimes twice a month. So far so good.

Dunkin' is a popular spot with a warm atmosphere. The staff is friendly, nice, and always on point, making food with love. The morning staff is always upbeat, positive and polite. While food may take a while to prepare, the restaurant offers plenty of vegetarian options and a decent selection of donuts. Customers love the frozen coffee and Ice Cold Coffee, which are made perfectly. However, seating is limited, and the bathrooms could use more attention. Despite some drawbacks, parking is easy, but could be wider to accommodate more customers. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with a very spacious area.
