This specific Dunkin has the worst customer service ever. I come here for breakfast/brunch and to get decent service and food. When I try to consult the manager the manager is never on post. The manager speaks with friends and family before perusing orders. It’s just too much at a work establishment. You gotta do better.

I went to DD on Monday 3/10/25. My experience at this Springfield avenue location in Irvington was horrific . The person serving me messed up my order, when I specified that it was incorrect , she was rude and refused to make the adjustment . She raised her voice and it was clear to me that customer service is not required at this location. I was charged for 2 coffees when I ordered one. Another patron intervened to say it was a mistake but that didn’t matter . I later tried to call to speak with a manager but no one answered. I will never return . In addition, the place needs to be cleaned up.

Omg I love this Dunkin. Not only are they nice,friendly, and fast They make my frozen coffee just the way I like it . I ask for blended well cause of the ice chunks and they make sure that it is made perfectly. I honestly think these workers need a raise. They are respectful. FUNNYYY!!! 😂. And always a good time going in there.
