Yesterday, I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and was given sausage. I returned today to correct the order and be compensated with a free coffee (gas, energy, time, why not?) She made me pay for the coffee. I did. She gave me a second sandwich with bacon on it this time. Of course, I didn't see it until I got to work. Soooo, I went back on my lunch to rectify this matter. This woman had the unmitigated gall to CALL THE POLICE ON ME and yes, Irvington's finest (2cars and a supervisor) on Ms. Wood. Really?!?! That's a waste of police presence. I will be sending notices to the Honorable Mayor Vauss's and Safety Director Bowers's offices tomorrow. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. We talk about not spending tomorrow, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DD. To the owners of this DD, DO NOT sacrifice your business for one person.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ yesterday (2/26/25) around 4:45-5 PM. The Indian lady with the nose ring was not only rude but completely dismissive. I asked a simple question about my order at the window, and she rolled her eyes, barely acknowledged me, and acted like I was bothering her. Her attitude was unprofessional, and this isn’t the first time I’ve seen her treat customers this way. It’s clear she doesn’t care about customer service, and after this experience, I won’t be purchasing from this location again. Management seriously needs to address how customers are being treated here.

I had a very concerning experience at the Dunkin’ on 545 Chancellor Ave, Irvington, NJ. The south Asian/ Indian lady with the deep voice behind the counter was extremely pushy when I tried to pay for my order, urging me to pay in cash rather than with my card. After I handed her the cash, I noticed she didn’t even put it in the register, which raised a lot of red flags. It seemed like she was trying to avoid proper transaction procedures. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I’m left wondering where my money went. It’s very unprofessional, and I’m not comfortable returning to a location where cash handling is so suspicious. I would recommend caution when paying here, as I don’t believe this employee is following standard procedures. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. I have been coming to this specific Dunkin' even before they remodeled, and I have never experienced such, it has happened about three times now with this woman, and I tried asking her, but she told me that the register is not working. This is weird, I would normally tell the Arab lady that works in the morning about this weird act, but I am currently out of state for a while, I hope the corporate finds something to do about this, might be an act of theft

I go to this location all the time since it’s only a block away from my home ! I go in today and I spoke to this nice woman at the register who went to get more additional help from her manger . When the manger arrived ! She was aggressive and argumentative and just plain out rude . I didn’t say anything to her to speak to mean the way she did . I showed her on my phone I got charged and I placed an order and she immediately cuts me off ! Says I DONT SEE IT SO ORDER AGAIN AND THATS IT ! I said it’s not that’s it why order agin when I’m

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for almost 2 years because it’s right down the street from my house . I mostly DoorDash ,Today I walked over to order my coffee .
I was not greeted by the two employees which I’m always greeted by everybody there because they know me by name.
The two boys that were working the front counter had foul attitude which was unacceptable. I proceeded to order my coffee, And when I received my coffee, it looked disgusting. I politely asked them, did you Or someone else currently clean the milk dispenser, because why is the cream or milk coming out as clumpy as it is?
I worked for Dunkin for over 12 years and know when something isn’t right just by looking at it.
So I asked them to remake the coffee and they had an attitude, The other kid that was standing next to the order taker said to me oh why don’t you come back here and make it yourself? I said to him if I was working here, I would go behind the counter and remake my coffee the way that I like it Not the way you guys are just throwing everything in the cup.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Plus there was no manager there … GREAT JOB DUNKIN

I order my coffee through the drive through every single day today i went inside to get the same order to cut time from the drive through line. i expressed i wanted caramel around my cup and on top and even did the hand motion the woman at the counter understood and made my coffee. when i finally got my coffe i realized that there was no caramel around the cup, i said it was okay and just asked for caramel in a little espresso cup which they have done for me before, when they’ve forgotten and i didn’t want them to start all over. the cashier was TWO seconds from handing it to me when a woman i’m assuming was the manager came out from behind the register and told me it was 50 cents. i got my drink apart of the meal deal and i explained i had already told the cashier my exact order and if they want to just remake it, they can, she then took the coffee from my hand and looked at the label and said “there’s no caramel on here, it’s extra”… i explained that it wasn’t my fault, i wasn’t the one putting in the order but i told the cashier i wanted caramel but she only put it at the top. they still tried to argue with me and i just said never mind and left, who knew 50 cents was going to cause all this extra commotion. i had no problem PAYING for the caramel which i’ve done in the past when my order was FIRST put in, but once again this wasn’t even my mistake.

The service is incredibly slow and the bathroom is ALWAYS out of order! As a paying patron, customers should have access to a functional restroom. At times, it is not out of order but the staff lie to refuse us access. This is unacceptable!
